This iconic cottage is distinctly yours when you visit and you will be close to everything when you stay located directly across the road from Eyre Park, one of Albany’s most loved parks. Minutes away from the Middleton Beach Cafe strip with Bay Merchant’s, Rat’s Bar and more you could not be better situated to spend the summer.
A short walk will bring you to Binalup/Middleton Beach and Ellen Cove, with sun, sand and plenty of walks to keep you busy.
This affordable two bedroom property has 1 queen bedroom, plus a twin room so easily sleeping 4, one bathroom (with shower, toilet and laundry facilities) and kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and tea making facilities provided. We are able to provide infant facilities (porta cot and high chair) on request so there is room for more making it a perfect family get away space or for work.
