If you and your family enjoy relaxing by the fire next to the water watching the fish jumping, the eagles soaring and wonderful sunsets this is the place for you. You can enjoy fishing from the shore or one of the boats for some of the ponds many fish. Lovejoy Pond is 379 acres and has 4.2 miles of shoreline for fishing and exploring.
We allow up to two dogs with a fee of $40 per dog per night. We will charge $100 penalty plus the pet fee if you do not pay for your dogs up front.
This is a brand new house that the interior was finished on 5/17/2022 and the siding will be done in the spring of 2023.
We have everything you and your family will need for a wonderful time inside and out.
The house sits 25 feet from the water and has 1144 square feet of living space with a covered porch, picnic table, lounge chairs, fire ring, canoe and 2 kayaks with life vests.
As the weather warms up the pond gets algae blooms and weeds start growing making swimming less desirable but we do have another cottage on a beautiful pond in Oakland Maine called East Pond which is the start of the Belgrade lakes chain. The property id number is 2147380.

Beautiful little lake cabin
Lovely cabin. A little more finishing work needed in the outside but inside great. Well appointed, wonderful wood work and amazing lake views. We were here for dinner at the Lost Kitchen and these accommodations added to an amazing experience.

This place was perfect for our 3-night stay. Inside, it hits the sweet spot between well-equipped but uncluttered. The bird-watching overlooking the water was fantastic - from huge bald eagles to petite hummingbirds.

It was our second year in the same house! the place is beautiful! the house is very good, the cleaning this year was a little to be desired, but nothing too dirty. The owner of the house is very nice! However, if you go fishing, get your fishing license, and read the state rules! This year we forgot and it was our fault that we received court, we were very sad about what happened! but the house and the view are beautiful and we highly recommend it! Thank you again Jason!

Another Great Stay @ Jason's Camp
This is the second stay for our group on the 3rd week in September. Jason's camp has everything we need. Room for 4 adults, a nicely laid out kitchen for cooking, and a beautiful view of Lovejoy Pond (this time complete with a bald eagle flying overhead). Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Thanks Jason!

We stayed at Jason's camp while attending the nearby Common Ground Fair in Unity. It was perfect for relaxing after a long day vending at the fair. Kitchen was well stocked and appointed allowing us to cook nice breakfasts and dinners while enjoying the great lake views!

Family vacation
Great house! Has everything that we needed, very clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the lake from dining room while you having your breakfast, lunch or dinner, or just relaxing on the porch. Beautiful surroundings, quiet and peaceful. Our family had a wonderful vacation here, we enjoyed kayaking, fishing, watching sunset by the fire. Very easy check in and check out. This property is absolutely beautiful. Jason is a great host and very fast. For some odd reason the WiFi went down. I sent a message to Jason and it seemed like he was there, fixing the issue before I hit send. Bald Eagles over the pond and peace and quiet. Loved it!

Quiet Rental on Beautiful Lake with Lots of Wildlife
We had a wonderful week in this newly finished lake rental in Albion. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. The workmanship in this house is fantastic, and the sunset views are amazing. Finding it was easy, and entry was a piece of cake. Jason was available whenever we reached out with a question. Take the kayaks out, and you'll find eagles, heron, osprey, turtles, beaver, loons, cormorants, mergansers and more! The road is quiet, and you'll even see a deer or two if you watch when you come in/out. This place was PERFECT for the 3 adults in our group, all 50+. Thanks, Jason!
