Modern and Spacious Bright Apartment of 85 m2, with Air Conditioning, this quiet residence with a terrace (veranda) is 500 meters from Oura Beach and Santa Eulália Beach where you will find all Shops, Restaurants, Supermarkets , Bars, Nightclubs and very close to the nightlife with a guaranteed atmosphere for unforgettable holidays with friends or family.

The apartment also has a new and modern fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals and a living room, a dining room with convertible sofa with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom.

Ideal apartment for 6 people is on the 1st floor and also has several free parking spaces.

Unlimited free WIFI.

We offer FARO Airport Transfer - ALBUFEIRA at a rate of 50 euros

for 4 passengers maximum.

A Refundable Security Deposit of 150 euros will be requested on the day of your arrival and will be returned to you on the day of your departure.

The property is a little outdated but it has what you need. The property is about 5-7 blocks from the beach it's a steep downhill. We had to take transportation back to the apartment. A few days before arrival we were asked for 100 euros in cash upon arrival .. didn't expect that. We texted during our stay but didn't receive a response FYI - the washer doesn't work. Patrick was friendly, it was a good stay for our family of four.

The property is close enough to walk down to the beach and us close enough to supermarket and hotels. It's decently maintained, but I would expect the standards to be a little better for a apartment. Everything just feels average including the cleanliness in the rooms. My bathroom was blocked on day one though it was attended quickly. I did notice cockroaches in the bathroom, so this may need looking at. Communication was terrible and the host only replied when they want to. I felt quite unwelcome and frustrated not getting clear answers for my queries. Beware as additional charges are levied for bed sheets and cleaning, and they know you have no choice but to pay. This charge is only provided after booking, and is not displayed when booking. No vacuum cleaner and if you're staying a few days it is difficult to clean the rooms. Overall I wouldn't return back to stay here though the area itself is perfect and nice.

Meer dan prima vakantie gehad.
Afgelopen kerstvakantie verbleven wij in deze vakantiewoning en we hebben een meer dan prima vakantie gehad. De woning was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien (elektrische kookplaat, oven, magnetron, vriezer). De communicatie met de contactpersoon verliep ook heel goed. Op het moment dat er in de avond een probleem opdeed met de elektriciteit, werd er direct actie ondernomen. Binnen een uur was er een elektricien die e.e.a. bekeken had en de volgende dag was het probleem volledig opgelost! Zeer adequaat dus. Het strand van Oura is binnen loopafstand (ongeveer 15 minuten lopen) en daar hebben we een heel bijzonder oud & nieuw gevierd met vuurwerk vanaf de klif. Dat blijft ons altijd bij. In de winter is een auto zeer aan te raden om de omgeving en de vele stranden van de Algarve te verkennen. Ik kan me voorstellen dat dit in de zomer niet echt nodig is. Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Der einwöchige Aufenthalt im Appartement Sta. Eulalia war ein voller Erfolg. 25 Autominuten vom Flughafen Faro entfernt findet man direkt vor der Unterkunft immer einen Parkplatz. Für die Schlüsselübergabe war schon jemand da. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber, hell eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. In der Küche ist wirklich ausreichend Geschirr und andere Utensilien um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Von der Vermieterin gibt es viele Tipps für umliegende Restaurants, die wir genutzt haben. Dadurch haben wir schöne Abende in unterschiedlichen Restaurants verbracht. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt (intermarché) ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir hatten einen sehr frühen Rückflug, auch das war kein Problem, Checkout ist jederzeit möglich. Von uns volle 5 Sterne ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Notre pire expérience de location au Portugal !
Les animaux et les enfants sont les bienvenus mais, dans la réalité, l'appartement ne se prête pas à la présence d'animaux et d'enfants (canapé trop fragile, par exemple ) . Présence nombreuse de fourmis, miettes de pain dans les chaises, matelas de la chambre principale inconfortable, pas de fond alimentaire comme dit dans l'annonce, pas de câble et satellite, plage à bien plus de 500 mètres, inaccessible à pieds sauf grands sportifs...il est donc conseillé de faire un état des lieux très poussé à l'arrivée car cet état des lieux sera extrêmement pointilleux lors de votre départ, annulant la probabilité que vous revoyez la couleur de votre caution . En bref notre pire expérience de location depuis des années, nous voyageons depuis très longtemps avec nos 4 chats et nous n'avions jamais rencontré de tels problèmes avec les propriétaires !
