This hotel felt like we were at a bed and breakfast the way the staff treated us. They were welcoming and kind, offering info on the balloon fiesta we were attending the next day and on the evening socials they were hosting over the weekend. The food was basic and the air conditioner in the room was not working well in the living room area so that was a bummer since we had our older kids in there sleeping.

This was a very nice hotel. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner that were way more than we expected. Not fancy, but a limited variety of good food, not typical buffet fare. plenty of drink options. We enjoyed our room and the people at the desk were very helpful. Clean, very appealing decor, and comfortable. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

I've stayed here many times over the years. The lobby and dining furniture is tired looking and long over due for an overhaul. I was disappointed in a lot of hair on the bathroom floor of my room.
