The place was clean and nice The rm was clean and nice to and comfortable. The bath rm was not totally finished no base board around the tub but it was still clean and usable. Probably getting ready to finish. The breakfast was nice too. World stay again. Thank you

The rooms were at least very clean, simple facilities. The mini fridge hardly worked and the walls were super thin, neighbors were quite noisy. But the staff were helpful and polite.

Upon arrival, we were given a room that was unsafe. The light on & the door was opened. We had an accessable room as my mom is handicapped. My mom, going in, couldn't get her wheelchair between the bed & dresser. Theirfore had no access to the bathroom. We immediately went to the desk & ask for a new room. The new room was no better. The deadbolts in the door didn't work. My mom still couldn't get to the bathroom. It was obvious there was a problem with the room as the previous tenant had moved the large table in the room to go across the door to the interior hallway. I then moved the large dresser holding the TV & mini fridge down toward the bathroom & turned the 2nd bed half way around in order to give my mom access to the bathroom. There was so much dust from where I moved the dresser & bed, I sneezed most of the night. The accessible room had handicapped bars in tub, large doorways & plenty of lighting. But the bathroom sink had what appeared to be mold inside the rim around the caulking & the tub was not accessible to the handicapped unless they were strong enough to raise their leg over a standered height tub. Don't get me wrong, the breakfast was great, staff was very prompt to give us a new room & there was a shower bench that you could put inside the tub. I got bite by bed bugs I called to let them know and they claimed to spray every day. They didn’t seem to care they just basically didn’t even care about what I had to say. I have bites all over my head and arms. I will not be staying here again.

Our stay was unpleasant. No room service, noisy refrigerator, very noisy heater, floor got incredibly dirty from wet weather and debris, very unpleasant. I called to see if I'd left my shoes and the person who answered the phone was very rude, refused to check unless I could produce the confirmation number, for Pete's sake. Never stay there again
