This is the scariest place you will ever stay. Literally homeless people walking around the place. Drug dealers, theifs and even more fentanyl smokers ive ever seen in one place! I was literally told to check in that my truck and my trailer would be robbed

The keys to the rooms did not work. They said the locks were being "Updated" so we had to be let in by the attendant and did not have a key to get back in if we closed the door.

This hotel felt very unsafe. There was someone passed out on the sidewalk. Would not recommend this hotel for any women to stay at.

I waited at the locked front office for 30 minutes and left. There was no note to say what was happening. Others were waiting. A woman asked me to wait with her because the property did not seem safe to her. I left when other people came to wait with her. I will ask my bank to cancel the charges.

Their are not any grocery stores or convenient stores nearby. Also the location is hard to get around it's down hill east but up hill very hard. I'm in a wheelchair and extremely hard to get around

Got there spanish channel was playing no remote in room. Had to unplug TV just to get it off replacement remote never worked. Never given wifi password. Neighborhood was extreamly poor. Beds felt like sleeping on rocks. My shoulders still hurt. Air was on had one temp I could figure out freezer.

Can’t complain… We enjoyed this motel bc it was in walking distance to the UNM Track! We were in town for the 2024 1A State Track & Field (High School). We honestly only needed a place to shower & to rest for a few hours! Shower was super hot & check in was quick & they were nice. We had a bottom room—so we could hear the top room walking around but it wasn’t anything crazy! Common sense-You get what you pay for!

We had a room which someone had been in before we got there. The soap was used, they use the ice bucket. TV was on already. TV remote was from a different room so it didn’t work to change channels. Had to do it manually. No fridge, no microwave and no dresser drawers. It was a crappie room No towels for 3 nights, bed sheets still looked dirty Never going to stay there anymore Front desk, they were rude. Talking back at customers. They were not nice at all. They had to ask someone before they could give me clean towels for our 2 night stay. Some rooms didn’t have TV or heater wasn’t working. Omgosh! Dirty place to stay. Never again are we staying there.
