The hotel is a little run down. No mad service, had to ask for coffee daily. Speak easy was ok, service slow and drink was soso. Parking is very limited. Would not venture out after dark. Pool was not heated as advertised. I would however stay there again based on its location

What drive up motel charges for parking and has you “reserve” a spot. Room was poorly stocked and the front desk and lobby is closed until 8:30 am, so we had no coffee in the morning. Staff was friendly rooms clean. No microwave in room, only one on premises is in the “speak easy “ bar, which no one wants to have to fully dress again and go through a bar to heat up a meal. Not sure why a motel wouldn’t have a microwave…

Lipstick on a pig. The rooms are remodeled but the remodel was done poorly. The motel itself is a cinder block and lopsided. There is a party element to the hotel which means you will see a lot of 30 somethings day drinking and smoking cigarettes. The hydration room smelled awful. We had cigarette smoke coming into our room at 1 AM. The pool looked like hepatitis. The bathroom weirdly smelled like bad seafood. The tile in the bathroom was crooked and poorly installed. This hotel has a great marketing team.

The people that stay and work here make it super fun! We really enjoyed Sherri in the speak easy! They sang for us and it was awesome! The only downfall was that the pool needed to be cleaned pretty badly. If you use a blow dryer and have thick hair I recommend packing your own.

The room and property were very cute. I like some of the little details. Room was nice but the beds didn’t seem like queens and the bathroom was a bit tight. The shower was very nice though. Would stay again.

It was good but could have improvements.
Overall, place was good. As a solo traveler, I noticed, the room can definitely have more privacy and security. The window in bathroom was unlocked and had access to the street. The door’s lock was not the best. The main window had two narrow and thin curtains that did not cover the whole window and could see into the room at night from the outside, exposed to whoever walked by. The clean room was clean. Staff was friendly.
