The staff are helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and looked out on Lake Champlain, a change the hotel employee chose to make for us, just because she could. What a lovely surprise 😊 My only concern with our room was a broken security lock in our door that had not been repaired. The bathroom was very small with no hooks, a simple fix to have made.

Fantastic staff who were extremely helpful and went beyond the call of duty. Gave us umbrellas when we needed them, directions when we asked and suggestions for everything. Very sweet and generous. Loved all the extras you get with the check in (voucher for their cafe) and access to bikes and gym and pool etc. Such a terrific stay. The only thing I didn't love was the view outside my room where people can walk right by and see in unless curtains are closed. But honestly, a terrific hotel and experience with so much to offer. This hotel is absolutely beautiful with a magnificent view of the lake from many floors. The staff was helpful in every instance. The hotel is clean and well appointed. Access from the garage to the mezzanine level is simple and convenient, making self-parking easy. A bit expensive but well worth it.

Hotel wasn't worth it. Booked a king room and it was next to a loud staff area and then when changed rooms we couldn't get a king. Staff wasn't friendly about the change even though the cleaning staff was very loud. Good location but that's about it. "resort fee' is expensive for actually getting nothing for it besides broken coffee machines on two floors. I would spend my money else where while in Burlington.
