Ideally situated 2 bedroom modern ground floor apartment which sleeps up to 6 people. It is comfortable for 4 adults and there is potential for up to 6 people including children as we have a sofa bed in the living room. Excellent location, just a 3-minute walk to the beach for shops, bars and restaurants and a great central location to many nearby attractions.

Front and back spacious terrace / balcony - East and West facing for all day sunshine. Modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and all mod-cons. Air-conditioning and heating within the apartment. Private underground parking. Shared pool and children's play area. Families catered for with a travel cot, highchair, dvd's and toys provided.

- Fully equipped modern kitchen with granite tops, cooker and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, large kitchen table and chairs.
- Large lounge/dining room. The sofa converts to a double bed. TV and DVD player provided along with a number of English DVD's. TV cabinet and large sideboard provides ample room for storage.

Stay number 2 excellent again
This was our second stay at this apartment. It was clean and spotless when we arrived . The apartment is well equipped and in a good location 5 mins from the beach and the restaurants and shops on the sea front. Sao Martinho is a lovely seaside town with a great sandy beach and amenities and is particularly good for families .The communication and response from the owner was excellent . I would highly recommend this apartment and look forward to staying there again.

We really enjoyed our stay in São Martinho. For the price, the apartment offers everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There are a few updates that need to be made, like the sliding wardrobe doors which we had to keep open in case they fell off, and the apartment could use a shower screen instead of a curtain to stop the water spilling onto the floor. The tv unit door also needs fixing. However we went at the end of August so the apartment would have seen many visitors by then and hopefully the winter months will enable maintenance to be done. The owner is lovely, and every issue we encountered was dealt with almost instantly, the owner replied without delay, sorted out any issues within a day and pretty much bent over backwards to make our stay pleasant. I am also the kind of person who likes everything super clean, so I personally felt the need to wash all the curtains to get rid of the fusty smell that I personally am sensitive to, and having a vacuum cleaner in the apartment would have been ideal to run over the rugs. Again you can see I’m quite particular, so despite the freezing cold pool (São Martinho is breezy in August) and the little niggles that were sorted in the first few days, we ended up having a lovely stay. Were the beds and sofas as comfy as home, of course not! But for the price, you will have a lovely stay if you have a 3 star perspective rather than a 5 star condo in mind. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday.

Place was comfortable for a 4 adults and 2 kids. The sofa bed has a very comfortable mattress too. Place really close to the beach and to the centre. Place didnt have wifi which would be a great feature, but overall we mainly stayed there to sleep. The apartment has everything else you need if you decide to cook, laundry etc. Thanks Portugal is very lovely, cant wait to return.

Sao Martinho do Porto is a lovely place with a great safe beach
Apartment is well kept with plenty of equipment and a great location for the beach and the main areas of Sao Matinho. The surrounding areas are also really worth a visit as it is in a good location for sight seeing but a car in necessary . I would recommend this apartment. On the downside don't expect a great view from the apartment as there isn't one but the location more than makes up for it

Lovely Apartment
The apartment met all our needs, the rooms were all a good size and two big balconies. The position of the apartment was also great only a few minutes stroll to the seafront. The resort was marvellous, plenty of restaurants and bars overlooking the sea. In fact we liked it so much that we are considering retiring there in a couple of years. Would definitely use the apartment again in the meantime if we come back to that part of Portugal. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Shhhh Let's keep this a secret!
This was a fab holiday with everything above and beyond expectation from the apartment, the resort, the wine, the people, the beach, the sea, the food it was all wonderful. We will be back and probably dragging some friends and their kids too. The pool is great fun and the beach safe, sandy and literally a 3 minute walk away.

Hello, Notre séjour à été très agréable. La régions et la ville de Sao Martinho do Porto est splendide. Les villes comme Nazaré, Obidos, Péniche sont à découvrir !!! La résidence est vraiment idéal pour les familles. Calme, ensoleillé, et agréable. La piscine est fraiche !!! Les 3 min a pied de la plage sont très appréciable. Commerces à proximité très appréciable également. Petit bémol : Il faut nettoyer la belle terrasse tous les matins car nos amis les oiseaux se font plaisir ... Petit rafraichissement en peinture et certain mobilier à remplacer sont à prévoir. Mais dans l'ensemble l'appartement est très bien agencé, literie confortable, cuisine parfaitement aménager... Au niveau Déco c'est comme sur les photos. Pour finir, je pense que je pourrai y retourner pour passer des vacances une nouvel fois. A+
