3 bed room apartment on a 2nd Floor with two toilets ( )ne Private Room) , large kitchen and big leaving room, Located near the river TEJO in Lisbon it`s a very quit area 15 minutes away driving from Lisbon Airport and 5 minutes walk to a local beach ( Praia Fluvial) , lots of shops,cafes and restaurants Opens until late including a daily market in Samouco villa open ( 7 am - 3 pm) Monday to Friday .There are buses near the apartment to Lisbon and from Lisbon Gare De Orient Metro Station or Setubal via Montijo Town every 20 minutes. Also The Property owners offer Breakfast, Dinner, car pick up or drop off if Requested by the guest on a reasonable fee charge .

Lā€™arrivĆ©e sā€™est bien faite. Nous avons Ć©tĆ© agrĆ©ablement surpris par la grandeur de lā€™appartement et avons beaucoup apprĆ©ciĆ© la prĆ©sence de 2 salles de bain complĆØtes. Par contre, les draps nā€™avaient pas lā€™air propres, il y avait de vieux restants de nourriture dans un rĆ©frigĆ©rateur sale... Nous avons beaucoup aimĆ© le village de Montijo, oĆ¹ avait lieu une fĆŖte accessible Ć  tous. Les gens Ć©taient trĆØs accueillant.

Our stay in Samouco
The appartment is in the second floor. It is large, good furnished and clean. It has two bathrooms. During our stay unfortunately only one toilet was working correctly. The internet wasn't working as well. The beds matresses must be old. If you move loud creaky sounds coming out. In the object details it is described to have air condition that's not true only fans exist. The bigger bedroom smells musty because of high humidity. The kitchen has only old pots for cooking. At the evening when you want to go to sleep barking dogs are in the backyard. The best is to come by car otherwise it is very difficult to reach other locations. Please not to misunderstand I want to give a real picture of the appartment.

Die Wohnung ist gerƤumig und bietet reichlich Komfort. Die Anbindung an Lissabon und Umland ist gut. Sergio ist ein auƟerordentlich hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir kƶnnen die Unterkunft uneingeschrƤnkt weiterempfehlen. The apartment is comfortable and quite spacious. Due to the close location to Lissabon itā€™s also connected very well. Sergio is an very helpful and friendly host. At all, we can recommended this flat unrestricted to everyone.
