Well equipped, quiet, friendly hosts.
Phillip and Charlotte were the perfect hosts, there when needed but otherwise left us to enjoy the property, which, I have top say is first class. lots of room, plenty of equipment, dishes, pans etc. The rear garden was where we spent most of our evenings, there were 6 of us, motorcyclists, we cooked or BBQ'd every night and bought beer, wine from the local shop and relaxed and chatted about the ride we had undertaken during the day. The surrounding area is spectacular as you would expect, great for some back road exploring and finding great little cafes to have a coffee at or you can explore the busier town of Annecy which is beautiful and picturesque, which ever you prefer this property is an excellent base to start from and return to. We don't usually return to the same place twice but should we visit the area again Philippe's property will be top of the list.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour en famille dans ce chalet. Le jardin est très agréable. La communication avec Philippe et pascale est fluide et rapide. Je conseille vivement ce logement.

Un séjour parfait !
Nous étions un groupe de 18 personnes venus du vendredi au lundi. La maison était parfaite pour notre groupe, on ne se marche pas dessus, elle est superbement bien équipée, le jardin est immense, la vue est magnifique et à 20 min d'Annecy. Tout le monde à été ravis de son séjour et des prestations de la maison !! Concernant le propriétaire Philippe, la communication à été simple et rigolote dès les premiers échanges. Il à été très arrangeant et prend des nouvelles pendant le séjour. Pascale, qui gère l'intendance de la maison, à également été d'une extrême gentillesse en s'arrangeant pour nous permettre de prendre possession des lieux un peu plus tôt Bref vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçu.e.s !!

Super séjour
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Alex, le gîte est très bien situé par rapport à Annecy, sans être dans la foule pour autant. Nous avons fait de magnifiques randonnées avec une vue incroyable au dessus du lac. Notre hôte Philippe a gentiment répondu à mes questions, avant de passer le relais à Pascale, qui s'occupe du gîte, très sympathique également. Superbe location !
Nous avons passé une super semaine entre amis dans le gite (nous étions 16). Nous avons apprécié la communication avec le gérant et Pascale, la localisation, le dortoir et le 2eme salon pour un espace pour les ados, les déjeuners sous le saule et la vue ! Le gite est idéalement situé : 20 minutes d’Annecy, à moins de 15 min les plages de Talloire ou Veyrier du lac pour les baignades dans le lac et l’accès à plein d’activités : Via ferrata, rafting, parapentes, rando, location de bateau, etc. M Bonnet est disponible, avenant et sympathique, nous recommandons sans hésiter ce gite !

Chalet décevant "dans son jus"
Chalet décevant "dans son jus". La cuisine dinatoire et les 2 sales de bains ne sont pas assez adaptées pour un groupe de 14 personnes. Par exemple : - le lave vaisselle est pour 6 couverts - le chauffe eau de 300l est normalement recommandé pour 6 personnes - uniquement 2 salles de bain (savon et shampooing ne sont pas inclus), les serviettes sont en complément. - une salle de jeux avec baby foot était historiquement annoncée dans la description L'électricité est en complément. Le propriétaire et la gérante ont été à l'écoute, nous les remercions. Nous recommandons une remise à niveau des prestations ou une mise à jour de la description de ce chalet afin d'être cohérent avec la réalité.

Gîte confortable et chaleureux
Le gîte est magnifique et le jardin immense. Les différents espaces sont très bien aménagés et très propre. Le dortoir est très grand, les enfants ont l'espace nécessaire pour s'amuser en toute sécurité. Le salon avec la cheminée est cosy. Et pour finir, un grand merci à Pascale pour son accueil très sympathique et à Philippe qui est disponible et prévenant. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j'en parlerai aux amis qui veulent passer un séjour entre lac et montagne. Il est vraiment idéalement situé !

Super maison dans son jus! Beaucoup de couchage et un super beau dortoir. Très bon emplacement, de très jolies petites rando à côté. Deux petits bémol : - La cuisine est petite pour le nombre de couchage, difficile d’être tous ensemble autour de la table. - La maison se chauffe presque qu’avec la cheminée. Une contrainte mais qui donne en même temps le charme de cette maison. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire, très disponible. Encore un grand merci pour ce super week end!

tres bon séjour
chalet très agréable même si la cuisine est un peu petite. Le dortoir est très sympa ainsi que le salon au 1e etage. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Nous avons profité de la montagne avec une super météo, et Philippe est très prévenant.

Chalet dans un cadre idyllique
Chalet très bien équipé pour les groupes avec plusieurs chambre et un super dortoir sous les toits. Très belle décoration, jardin avec poules et belle vue sur les montagnes. Très bon contact avec Charlotte et Philippe qui font tout pour que le séjour se passe bien. Malheureusement un dégât des eaux juste avant notre arrivée nous a contraint de n'utiliser qu'une salle de bain et un WC pour 12 personnes... et je n'ai été prévenu que 2h avant notre arrivée...

Chalet dans un village calme à proximité d'Annecy
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille à 17 personnes (avec des jeunes), dans ce chalet spacieux . Ce fut idéal car c'est un chalet au calme et nous étions proche des activités à faire autour d'Annecy. Le seul défaut serait la cuisine qui est un peu petite mais avec le beau temps, nous avons mangé dehors à tous les repas.
