This is a fantastic place to relax and have fun. It has a spacious front lawn and plenty of trees for privacy. The cottage is in a beautiful area away from downtown but still close enough to reach by car in a few minutes.
Please be advised that wild behavior is not acceptable. That basically means three things: do not get too loud, do not exceed the guest limit, and do not disturb the neighbors. Adhering to these rules ensures a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone involved.
Please ensure that the cottage is left in a similar condition to how you found it upon arrival. We will take care of washing all used bed linens and blankets after your stay. Please place the used bed linens and blankets in a pile on or near each bed that was slept in. Used towels should be placed in the bathroom hamper. Clean any used dishes before you depart; leaving them in the drying rack is acceptable. Please dispose of all trash bags in the bins outside before leaving.
A photo of a government-issued ID for the guest making the booking must be provided to the host within 48 hours of the booking.
There is a security camera mounted on the shed that monitors the driveway..

Regarding bedrooms and bathrooms: There are two bedrooms upstairs each with a queen bed. There is one bedroom downstairs with two twin beds. There is a full bathroom with a shower downstairs and a half bathroom upstairs.
Regarding dock space: the property is across the street from the River and does not have dock space. I would try contacting Carnegie Bay Marina in Alexandria Bay, NY to see their availability. There are BTW, also a few places in the village that rent Pontoon boats as well as kayaks..
Regarding the driveway: The driveway can accommodate 4-5 vehicles. Additionally, I have a large commercial lot at a Marine Store a few miles away on Rt 12, where you can park trailers and boats during your stay. There is no additional fee for this service.
