We just spent one night for a tournament so it was really a no-frills stay...but the front desk was friendly, the room was HUGE and really clean and the free breakfast had good options! Weusrd the pool which was clean, warm and wonderful. Overall quick but nice stay!

Great family stay
This location is newly remodeled and looks brand new. The breakfast was great and my girls loved the pool. My only complaint is that the fan in our bathroom didn't work and I think that made the room smell a little damp. Otherwise, it was nice and comfortable.

It was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue is if you book through expedia there computer program can get messed up very easily. I got double charged for my room but the staff member fixed it easily and to my satisfaction.

The room was set up differently - like a small suite - but we really liked everything about it. Breakfast was fine for what it was. The only real negative was the water pressure in the shower which was really weak. Check in staff was fine but the person who was not helping us looked like he would rather be anywhere else. He just sat there. Maybe he was just having a bad day but he looked like they were all bad days. Perhaps customer service is not his calling? I was his age once. I get it. Still, overall a great experience because of the design and condition of the room. Very comfortable.

The food is inedible. We paid over $300 per/night; at that price, it ought to be top-notch--or the hotel should charge reasonable prices for accommodations.

The two queen room says it sleeps 5 (and we booked with 5 of us individually listed) but when we checked in there was not a reasonable way for 5 of us to sleep in there. The front desk staff said they couldn't put a rollaway in the room because it was a fire hazard. We didn't bring a blow up mattress, and there was no couch. I asked how they expected 5 people to sleep in the room and there was no real answer...I guess 3 people in a Queen size bed is their plan...Or maybe someone just sleeping on the floor? We ultimately had to check out about an hour after we checked in, were on the hook for the full payment, and had to drive back home to Kentucky. A disappointing situation.
