Caro e ruim. Não recomendo.
Experiência foi de OK a ruim. Hotel muito caro para o nível de serviço que ofereceu. Não recomendo a ninguém. A política de visitantes é muito estrita. Quando um amigo entrou comigo no hotel para deixarmos uma sacola (ele nem chegou a entrar no quarto!), a recepcionista me chamou, na frente dele, para dizer que se a visita passar da porta de entrada para onde ficam os quartos, iria ser cobrado. Muito pouco profissional. - Wi-Fi era tão ruim que mesmo o 4G com sinal baixo era melhor - O ar condicionado era velho, barulhento e tinha fio encapado com fita isolante. - A iluminação era muito ruim. - Havia uma toalha manchada no banheiro. - Os recepcionistas a noite pareciam ter preguiça de abrir a porta. Tinha que ficar esperando vários minutos na rua, de madrugada, esperando o profissional decidir levantar do sofá para vir abrir a porta. - Não havia sinal de não perturbe pra colocar na porta… que acabou nem precisando porque em nenhum momento ninguém apareceu pra limpar meu quarto. - A chave do quarto vem com um chaveiro de madeira enorme que mal cabe no bolso.

I will never go back
The floors of my room were all falling apart and I could smell the MDF. Bed needs to be replaced. The worse was that I had to use a bathroom knowing that the garbage of previous guest was never emptied. Given they are taking extra precautions due to COVID-19. Bathrooms only had one of 4 lights functioning

Decepcionante. Antes mesmo de finalizar o check-out na recepção, a camareira responsável entrou no quarto e iniciou a limpeza. Ao retornarmos, nosso quarto se encontrava aberto com o restante das nossas bagagens expostas e a mesma jogando na pia do banheiro, um suco comprado minutos antes. Sugiro que esperem a finalização do check-out para que só assim iniciem os procedimentos de limpeza.
