This Studio unit is in the perfect location, only a few steps away from a beautiful Private beach with crystal clear waters directly across the street where you can enjoy a spectacular sunset! We even provide 2 Beach chairs and an Umbrella!

You are also walking distance to the Infiniti Pool and the Hilton Resort where you will find entertainment, restaurants and the Casino!

Our large Outdoor Patio is perfect for a relaxing cup of coffee in the morning or a Pina Colada in the evening with a beautiful Bimini Sunset! With plenty of seating and stunning views, it's the perfect place to take in the Bimini breeze! We also provide a Blackstone Grill to enjoy a nice meal at home while relaxing on the Patio!

The open layout features a King Size Bed and a Queen Sleeper Sofa, perfect for couples or family getaways! Wake up to beautiful views of the Ocean from the bed!

Enjoy a large TV (Streaming only/No cable) and standing mirror area for extra space to get ready for your day! Plenty of storage is provided in the large sideboard as well as a dresser by the Sofa.

The Bathroom features a sink/vanity area with a closet and a separate entrance to the Shower/Toilet.

The Kitchenette is fully stocked with everything you need for a meal at home to include a Microwave, Toaster Oven, Electric Cooktop, Pots/Pans, Dual Keurig & Regular Coffee maker (we provide a starter amount of coffee, creamer & sugar), extra large Mini Fridge, Plates, Utensils, Blender & more!

We also provide an Electric Blackstone Grill outside on the porch for our guests- perfect for grilling Burgers, fresh Fish or Breakfast in the mornings!

“Bahamas Sunset” is perfect for your next couple's getaway or remote work destination, where you'll feel right at home with all the amenities you need, plus beautiful scenery, only steps from the beach, walking distance to Resorts World & Casino and the Infiniti Pool and a variety of outdoor activities, and great local food. This is a very quiet and safe gated community, close to all the action, yet very private and quiet.

Our condo also has a Washer/Dryer for guest use. We provide all bathroom towels, Beach Towels, linens and starter amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, laundry soap and coffee. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and high-end linens as we want our guests to enjoy the home as their own.

***Note: We also provide Wifi but please note it can be slow or intermittent on Island at times and is out of our control ***

For a daily fee, as our guest you will also have access to the many amenities at Hilton Resorts World! However, you do not have to pay to enjoy the Casino, Restaurants or Bars!

We provide free unlimited Wifi, Hair Dryer, Bathroom Towels, Beach Towels, Linens/Pillows, Iron, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash as well as a starter amount of Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags, Dish/Hand Soap, Coffee/Sugar/Creamer, etc. We also provide two Beach chairs and Umbrella in the unit.

After booking, reach out if interested in receiving my huge Welcome Book (sent 72 hours prior to arrival) earlier to help plan your trip as it has a huge list of recommendations for the Island and detailed info/tips to answer any questions you may have for arriving on Island, getting around and TONS of things to do!!

72 Hours prior to arrival the Welcome Book with the check in information will be sent with detailed information about the property, access, etc. We provide as much information as possible before arrival so check-in and check-out is a breeze but feel free to reach out if you need any assistance.
