Handicap room had no rails to get in and out of the tub. They were ants all over the room. My first room had a noisy toilet apparatus that kept me from sleeping. Changed to a new room that had an old refrigerator that clanged and made noise all night until it was unplugged. lastly, without getting in the beds, you could see the sagginess of the mattress even while it was made they appeared to be a hole in the center of the bed. the carpets in the hallway were musty and in need of removal or deep cleaning. would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was clean if a bit worn around the edges. Convenient location. Our room was clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Only a couple complaints -- the mattress on one bed was completely caved in and uncomfortable, and several food items were not available.

Room was clean but furniture was dated and cheap compared to other HI Express's I have stayed in. Bath towels small thin and one was fraying. Breakfast was so so- once again not up to standards of the other ones I stayed in.

Cool and convenient
We stayed one night for a swim meet nearby. The room qas clean, temperature was cool, felt great in the 90+ temps outside. Loved having Dunkin and Wawa's nearby too.

The air conditioning barely worked and the tv only 2 channels worked oh and couldnt call the front desk because the phone didnt work and they told me to unplug the A/C to try and reset it except it was hard wired

Hotel had a decent breakfast service. I found a number of things I liked to eat. The housecleaning was not so good. I was told they clean rooms daily but that did not happen, and a few times it was cleaned, only towels were replaced and no other cleaning done.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional. They were friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and very attentive. The rooms were clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. They were having a towel shortage problem when we arrived, so we were given small, thread bars, pool towels to use. They did replace them for us the next day when we asked, to slightly better bath towels. Breakfast options were minimal. Muffins in packages, onion bagels, cold cereal, and egg omelettes that were ice cold in the middle. Not lukewarm, but cold. I'm assuming they came from a freezer and were not warmed through properly. The seating area was very small for a hotel this size. Considering the high price we were charged for this hotel, I expected more. I felt that I did not get what I paid for at all. I was very disappointed. But again, the staff was wonderful. No complaints there at all.

The bathtub had a very slow drain and the shower head leaked all over, reported to front desk but unfortunately maintenance was not available at the time we needed the service. Stayed 2 nights, the young lady at the front desk was very nice, she did inform me that unfortunately maintenance was not available on Monday! Some sort of offer of compensation would have been nice, as an IHG member, I was allowed to check out at noon instead of 11 am!
