In the middle of nature, surrounded by the mighty pear tree lines, and green meadows. Nature as far as the eye can see !!!
The farm was renovated with great attention to detail, combining stylish tradition with modernity.
The highest award of the gourmet room - Apartments 4 flowers. The gourmet rooms - apartments are equipped with equipped kitchen incl. Nespresso machine, 40 inch flat screens and W-Lan.
Whether hikers, large or small families in our yard there is much to discover. Even children are in good hands with us. Our little petting animals are popular with young and old. The mini dwarf goats, Lƶwenkophhasen velvet baby bunnies, pony Lisa, our tomcat Moritz, baby cats, chickens, and guinea pigs.

The most beautiful excursion destinations nearby: the medieval town of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, Stift Seitenstetten with the beautiful rose garden, Mostelleria, Mostbirnhaus, Zoo Haag, natural bath on the Ybbs.
In summer you have a panoramic pool available, sun loungers and secluded spots waiting to be discovered.

Wonderful and relaxing
Our stay was perfect! Our kids (8,6 and 4) had a blast with all the animals - Guinea pigs, bunnies, new kittens. Anita was a fantastic hostess. She always had suggestions for us of things to do in the area. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. It was such a relaxing and lovely place. A fantastic swing on the top of the hillside, a pool overlooking the valley. They even built a fire for us one night. The history of the house is amazing. They have put so much work into it over the years. Definitely ask about it or look at the photo album in the kitchen area.

Mein Sohn liebt Traktoren und Tiere, weshalb fĆ¼r uns dieses Jahr Sommerurlaub auf dem Bauernhof geplant war. Bei meiner Suche nach einem stilvollen, schƶnen und sauberen Bauernhof, bin ich auf das Landhaus Aigner gestoƟen und war sofort begeistert! In dem mit viel Liebe eingerichteten Apartment, hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Der AuƟenbereich bietet einen groƟen Pool, eine liebevoll eingerichtete Grillstelle und ist ein toller Platz um zu entspannen! Zudem gibt es eine Menge Tiere zum streicheln und fĆ¼ttern, einen Spielplatz und coole Fahrzeuge. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und vor allem Anita ist sehr herzlich und mƶchte fĆ¼r ihre GƤste nur das Beste! Wir kƶnnen diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und fĆ¼r meinen 2 1/2 jƤhrigen Sohn war der Urlaub ein absolutes Erlebnis!

Anita nous a trĆØs bien accueillie avec plein de bons conseils. Le cadre Ć©tait vraiment fantastique et trĆØs apaisant ( vue exceptionnelle, environnement trĆØs bien entretenu et calme, les animaux font le bonheur des enfants) Cā€™est une campagne idĆ©ale pour se ressourcer a seulement quelques kilomĆØtres de toutes les commoditĆ©s. Une petite dĆ©ception vient du site en ligne de rĆ©servation qui nous a induits en erreur sur la composition du logement ( on sā€™attendait Ć  3 chambres et une piĆØce de vie, hors nous avions que 2 chambres + 2 couchages dans la piĆØce de vie).

Anita ist eine der besten Gastgeberinnen Ć¼berhaupt. Sie zaubert auf Wunsch ein sehr leckeres FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck, erfĆ¼llt den GƤsten jeden Wunsch (realen Wunsch šŸ˜‰) Sie ist mit dem Herzen dabei. Als GƤste fĆ¼hlten wir uns willkommen, integriert, als wĆ¼rde man sich schon lange kennen. FeWo direkt sollte sich bemĆ¼hen das Objekt und die verschiedenen Appartements besser darzustellen.

Kennen Sie das GefĆ¼hl, wenn Sie keine Bewertung abgeben wollen, weil es so schƶn war, dass Sie konkurrierende Interessenten zukĆ¼nftig bekommen werden? Wir kannten es bislang nicht - jetzt schon! NatĆ¼rlich geben wir fĆ¼r Anita und Manfred und die ganze Familie eine Bewertung ab. Warum? Weil wir wiederkommen werden! Warum? Weil wir alles hatten, was eine Familie im Urlaub braucht. Es ist schwer, eine Balance zu finden zwischen Herzlichkeit und Aufdringlichkeit, eine Balance zwischen Natur und materiellen Annehmlichkeiten, eine Balance zwischen Bauernhof und Landhaus ohne permanentem GĆ¼llegeruch und nicht zuletzt das GefĆ¼hl zu bekommen - irgendwie fĆ¼hlt sich das doch ein bisschen an wie zu Hause, egal, wo man eigentlich lebt. Very nice place !!!!!
Anita and her family are very nice and warm. The location is beautiful a jewel in the mountains and countryside . They were very nice and open to accept our two dogs. We will come back sure, thanks Aigner family!
