Decent Enough for 1 night
Stay was fair. The elevator was broken so we had to use the stairs, not the worst thing for me and my husband but I feel bad for everyone else. My bath towel had two long black hairs on it (for reference my hair is blue). And our room smelled like smoke, which is clearly not the facilities fault as it’s a non smoking facility but someone else didn’t follow rules and it was very apparent. It was fine for me and my husband as we were staying 1 night and got in at 2 am and left at 8 am.

Our room was on the third floor but the elevator was out of order so we had to walk up three flights of stairs. There was long hairs on the bathroom floor. There was a Keurig coffee maker in the room, but no coffee kcups only tea bags and the comp breakfast was plentiful but very tasteless.

Room smelled bad from air conditioner. Carpet very dirty. Had not been vacuumed in how long? No coffee available early morning. No coffee machine in room. Air conditioner difficult to manage. No instructions. Sheets seemed clean.

Excellent mid-range hotel
This is a fine mid-level hotel. Service was friendly and efficient. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion provided in full-sized bottles, which is much more eco-friendly. The breakfast was good, nice selection with protein, carbs, cereal, breads and drinks. The pool was up and running, which we did not expect. The elevator was broken and the only ice is on the 3rd floor. We were given two thin towels, washcloths, and hand towels for two people for 3 nights. Also there was not a hair dryer in the room. A nice stay, just don’t expect the Ritz.

Clean, comfortable; good hot breakfast
+ Clean, quiet rooms. Comfortable bed and chair. Nice lighting, wall sconces and lamps. Good blackout curtains/blinds for window. Very good water pressure on second floor. Nice swimming pool indoors. Management provides great hospitality, much appreciated, Tammy! - Only a few ‘cons’ Which would not deter us from staying again but might be more impactful for some. Elevator was not working. Entry to building only by front/main doors; can exit from the sides but not enter. (This may also be a pro for good security!) Property is older, undergoing renovations. One suggestion for management: since the pool is open until 10 pm (which was fabulous!) please consider maybe making it kids-free after 9 pm for those who like to swim laps.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable (although the bed was a bit hard for my liking…I know that’s completely subjective!). The elevator was out for the duration of my stay. I was on the second floor so that wasn’t the end of the world but having someone to help guests with bags would have been a nice touch. The parking lot was full of potholes, BIG potholes. There was nothing attractive about the exterior of the building. I didn’t take advantage of the complimentary breakfast but it smelled good!

The towels had hair on them, the bathroom had hair in the corner and the bed had hair all over the blankets. The room also had no hot water. I did tell staff about the water when checking out and they did refund some of the charges
