The house is located at the top of Punta de la Mona next to the lighthouse requires incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea. These views can be enjoyed from the front terrace of the house, from the three bedrooms and from the community pool.

first floor:

At the entrance of the house there is a small garden.
Front terrace with dining area (table, chairs, parasol and a sun lounger).

It has three rooms.
Master bedroom with King Size bed (150) and bathroom with shower en suite.

Pool:
The urbanization is located within the and is shared by the other six houses of the community of owners. It is usually very quiet even in high season. The pool also enjoys spectacular views of the bay of La Herradura. It does not have a lifeguard and if you take small children they have to be permanently supervised by an adult as they do not have a lifeguard.

Both the beaches of La Herradura and Marina del Este are located just five minutes away by car.

Malaga Airport and the city of Granada are 45 minutes away by car, so you can do many excursions during your stay (Alhambra, Sierra Nevada, Frigiliana, Alpujarra, Cuevas de Nerja...).

La Punta de la Mona is a special place where you can walk enjoying the incredible views at all times. The advantage of this house is its tranquility as it is located in the highest area of ​​Punta de la Mona. Usually not noisy and there are no other buildings that block the views.

A nice stay
We spent 7 weeks in oct./nov. and had a wonderful stay in Eimears apartment. Eimear is a great host, helpful and easy to contact. This was our eighth visit to La Herradura so we know the area well. The apartment is very well eqiupped, but some of the breakfast and dinnerplates could be replaced, and also some of the frying pans. We bought a new one + a small coffemaker. We loved the balcony, having breakfast watching the fishermen, and dinners in front of beautiful sunsets. It was very nice to have a BBQ as well. We will absolutely return, thank you!

Enjoyable stay but with problems
We have stayed in La Herradura many times but first time in this apartment. The apartment is very spacious, in a good location with fantastic sea views, close to the beach and town. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. However, during the four weeks we were there we had seven power failures in the apartment. Eimear was quick to respond but we had to have 2 visits from electricians and a visit from a plumber to fix both sinks in the en- suite bathroom. After the problems we were very nervous of all the electrics in the apartment, which clearly need updating. Overall, there were a number of other aspects of the apartment that also needed either updating or better maintenance. Overall we enjoyed our stay in La Herradura but found the apartment quite disapointing.

The electric kept blowing the plugs were not safe .. the boiler kept cutting out so was hard to shower... had to book into a hotel as couldn't be bothered with sitting in the dark ..

Comfortable spacious apartment
The apartment offers plenty of space and is well equipped. The terrace is super with great views, although , due to the unusual inclement weather for our whole week, we were unable to take advantage of it. The position is great with a short 10 minute walk into the village which is very friendly and offers a good variety of shops and eating places.

A spacious well postioned clean apartment with character.
An extremely relaxing week spent in a very spacious well postioned 3 bedroom apartment. Lots of character and very comfortable. Owner Eimear met us on arrival to accompany us into apartment. She was very helpful and supplied lots of local visitor leaflets and information. The town of La Herradura was peaceful at this time of year with very agreeable weather. Sunshine and blue skies everyday. We balanced eating out at local restaurants and cooking meals at apartment in which the kitchen made this easy. What more does one need than sitting on the large patio watching the sun set into a beautiful sunset sky, while eating our freshly produced meal accompanied with excellent wine. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing time here and hopefully will get the opportunity to return in the not too distant future. Thankyou Eimear.

Amazing terrace overlooking the sea
We had a brilliant time in La Herradura, what a lovely seaside resort, very Spanish with lovely restaurants and tapas bars. Our apartment was just ideal, the terrace was without doubt it's best feature, it was massive with views overlooking the bay. We spent many evenings just watching the Sun go down over Malaga in the distance. The apartment had everything we needed, it was very well equipped especially the kitchen. We would definitely go back. Thank you Eimear for all your help.

Maravillosas vistas
La localización es fantástica, con unas vistas impresionantes a unos 300 metros de la playa. El apartamento es muy amplio, con un gran salón dividido en dos ambientes, una gran cocina convenientemente equipada y con patio interior de buenas dimensiones. Las habitaciones son amplias (dobles) y cómodas, todas climatizadas con A/A, cada una con armario, suficiente para estancias largas y dotados con cómodas camas que permiten un correcto descanso. La terraza de grandes dimensiones e inmejorables vistas fue el lugar donde más disfrutamos. Como pequeños inconvenientes reseñar que algún utensilio de cocina debe ser renovado, aunque son perfectamente utilizables, así como algunos elementos decorativos, siendo un poco tiquismiquis.

Wir haben die grosse Terrasse mit Meerblick und Sonnenuntergang sehr genossen. Mit einem Grill wäre sie perfekt. Hervorragende ruhige Lage. Schöner Wohnbereich, Schlafzimmer etwas düster. Bei näherem Hinschauen liess die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig, Backofen, Kühlschrank.
