Like: 1. behind the property is a stretch of beach 2. all 3 rooms are air-conditioned 3. Clean 4. Many kitchen utensils 5. Owner is speedily responsive (through whatsapp because of the pandemic) Don’t like: 1. Only 1 bathroom 2. The bed is creaky 3. The mattress isn’t comfy
