Black Cat Ranch

You'll have a great time at Black Cat Ranch located 40 acres located just outside the boundary of Big Bend National Park. Watch the sun rise over the mountains located inside the park from the porch. A full moon lights up the night, no moon means The Milky Way, and countless stars like you've probably never seen. Possibly see a javelina, cotton tail or jack rabbit, roadrunner, mule deer, elk, bobcat or coyote. The cabin features a queen Sleep Number bed, and queen size pull out sofa, refrigerator, Keurig, toaster, microwave and tv. On the porch is a cooking area with 2 burner cooktop and grill. The property is on water catchment for water and solar energy for electricity. Water is not drinkable you will need to supply your own drinking water. A backup generator is automatically connected if needed.

We are located 34 miles from Terlingua Ghost Town, 32 miles from Big Bend National Park. Terlingua Ranch Lodge is 6 miles and features a laundromat, Bad Rabbit Cafe and pool for a small daily fee.
GUEST ACCESS
You have access to the guesthouse and shared access to the shed where you do dishes and leave bagged trash. You can roam the entire 40 acres just respect my private areas around my home. I am occasionally on site.
