I stayed two nights and while outside was super hot weather inside the room was perfect temperature for relaxing and resting. Zero noises and clean room Personally, I would prefer to have the option to not have the cleaning person to clean the room for the day after my arrival by putting those signs on the door outside, but ok. The only problem I had was the internet connection. I was so bad almost none and that prevented me to work from my room 12 min by tram to the Stephan’s Church

The property was in a very interesting neighborhood, close to the university, within walking distance of many of the activities in the inner stadt. The building is old and there was no air-conditioning, which was fine in the spring, but in summer that might be an issue.

Really friendly, helpful staff. The room was basic but very clean and did the job! The location was ideal, in walking distance to the city centre but in a nice area surrounded by nice restaurants and museums. Moreover, the metro station was only a few minutes away. Would stay there again.

Location of hotel was good. Close to the centre, parliament, Hofburg Palace and Opera house etc. Room was small but fine for a night. Other guests were noisy. I have no idea what was going on in the evening but lots of loud music etc which went on to 11.00pm

The staff was very accommodating and friendly, but the room was stuffy and hot. It could have been cheaper for the space as the water in the very very small bathroom was not draining..

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. I had read some mixed reviews but booked our trip here anyways. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, a great variety of items. Definitely worth including in your stay. Good luck finding a better breakfast for that cheap. The room was very basic but exactly what we needed for our short stay. The bed wasn't very comfortable, but the location made up for that. Most attractions are just a short walk away.

Great location for walking to downtown plaza area. Staff were helpful with directions and bike storage They have a few locations so you are not in the same building front desk Shower is good room is clean bed is not very good and the one pillow is not very comfy. No luxoury but good basic room

Not as described on the website
The Pension was not as described on the website at the time that I read it. The photos that were on the website did not fairly reflect the property that I was offered, in my opinion. When I arrived the staff were helpful enough, but the room that I was offered was not at the Pension that was described on the website. I was lead out of the front exit onto the pavement and had to walk 160m (According to Goolgle maps) and cross two roads to get to the property that I was offered. This property had a different name and a different street address. I book at number 9 and this property was number 4. The room was cold and seemed to have no heating. The wifi was not functional. I did not accept the property and proceeeded to another hotel.
