My stay caused by lack of training, communication of staff in Orlando which led to my personal items being removed from my room, some of which were tossed in a garbage bag. Upon arrival I paid for additional nights stay and how or why that didn’t transfer into my original itinerary I’m not certain. No staff ever called/texted about it simply removed my things as if I were so person who had broken into the building. If Honors Members are treated this way, wow why bother with such treatment. Corporate considers the matter closed, however it should never have happened. The second room I was offered, the phone and TV didn’t work. Engineering was sent but the impact of those events remains.

We were on the freeway side, but the noise wasn’t that bad. We got no noise from our neighbors. The breakfast was very nice. Check in was smooth. The room was very clean.
