This villa offers a perfect blend of historic charm and modern amenities. It can accommodate up to 9 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or corporate retreats. Close to health spas and retreats like MayrLife (formerly Vivamayr), it is a 3-hour drive from Vienna and Munich airports and one hour from Salzburg.
Nestled in Altaussee, Villa Rosen is surrounded by a stunning 32,292 sq. ft. garden and is close to the pristine lakes and untouched mountains of the Ausseerland. The villa's location provides easy access to local attractions, including hiking trails, ski areas, and cultural sites like the Altaussee Literature Museum and Trautenfels Castle.
Villa Rosen boasts 3,229 sq. ft. of living space with four bedrooms, each featuring an en-suite marble bathroom with double sinks, showers, and bathtubs. Guests can also enjoy a 2,153 sq. ft. terrace and access to a 150-year-old wooden cabin with a sauna and gym.
