I chose this hotel because I wanted a very nice room and location. The room had nice furnishings and the walk in shower was wonderful. While other hotels were closer to shopping and restaurants, this location was in a less crowded and noisy area.

As I already told the hotel, everything was fine until I wanted to check out and was ignored by the clerk who was talking on the phone for ten minutes and would not deal with the customer standing right in front of her. If Bonvoy was working, I would have used it to check out, but it wasn't, leaving me to the mercy of an ill-trained desk clerk. I slapped my key on the desk and left. I still don't think she gets the message, and since I didn't receive a reply from management, I don't think they care.

3 day stay. On day 2 requested a change of towels only 3 separate times and it never happened. The next day we left the DND placard off the door figuring they would come in and clean the room and then change the towels. They did not. When checking out the next day they eventually refunded the cheapest of the three days as compensation.
