This was a very disappointing stay. When I arrived the lobby was empty, but when the staff arrived at the front desk she was very attentive. She asked if I needed the handicap room I was assigned and I said no, that room was supposedly the only room available to me. She reassigned our room and that’s where the problem began. There was a pile of dirty towels left outside our room. We got into our room, unpacked and got ready for bed. The room smelled really bad. When we pulled the bed linens back, both beds had been slept in, there were black specks of something on the sheets, and many hairs on the pillows. We notified the front desk. Her solution was to reassign our room. We repacked our stuff and went all the way to the other side of the hotel. In this room we found the beds clean, but the shower spigot had water streaming from it that we could not make stop. The coffee machine did not work so we had to go four floors down to get coffee from the lobby. I reported those issues, but nothing was done about it during our stay. It was the Thanksgiving weekend but these problems should not have happened regardless. I’m not happy paying their high prices for such a negative experience.

This was a nice hotel with decent pricing. Convenient for our visit. And while I am happy they allowed their housekeeping to have the day off for the holiday, and they instructed us to see the front desk for anything we needed while they were off, we were told they did not have any coffee cups or pods for the Kurig for the room. But they did have coffee in the lobby… for a price! No free coffee!?! And the inability to make it in our room! Additionally, waiting to get an early start out, we were greeted with lukewarm (at best) showers with outside temps in the 30s. We were told by the front desk staff that “the water heaters shut down during the night and don’t really start back up until around 8:00 or 9:00.” Not good Marriott!! We will look for another place to stay next visit!

Mold growing on the shower walls. Previously spilled shampoo on the shower walls. A crawling critter in the shower ceiling. Shower also didn’t stop dripping the entire time we were there. Tub was dirty- taking a bath was out of the question.

When I got there the computers were down and they couldn’t get me a card.They dad to let me in several times. I wanted to watch the World Series but the TV wasn’t working also. They finally got me a key later on but the damage was done. The receptionist offered me $20 which was in my opinion too low but the Manager said no and offered 1,000 Marriot points which I don’t have an account and you can’t do anything with so little points.

The hotel was dirty and broken down. The coolers were empty so we weren’t able to buy drinks or anything. There was something spilled down the side of the nightstand in our room and the beds looked slept in. Very disappointing and confusing considering the reviews on the website. Definitely would not recommend this place.

This was actually our second visit to this hotel, it’s very clean and comfortable. They are very gracious to the softball families. There was only one working elevator which slowed things down but the staff and amenities were great
