Disliked: Cleanliness
Dirty house and grass is a foot long
We stayed here for 5 nights during a nearby business conference. We were disappointed overall. There was a BBQ in the listing and we made a point of pointing that out to be sure a month before our stay but there was no BBQ or tank there upon arrival despit his assurances.
There was a huge pile of garbage bags and assorted trash in the garage that smelled and had bugs all over it.
There were towels and sheets in the washing machine that were musty.
The coffee machine was mouldy and has not been cleaned.
My sheets must not have been changed as there was a pair of track pants under the covers at the foot of the bed that i only found on the third night.
the grass on the entire property was very long and couldn't have been cut in some time despite there being a riging mower in the locked shed as well as a tractor.
The host initially was responding to my emails saying he would get someone there to take the trash away it did not happen and after we emailed back and forth about the lack of a BBQ he ultimately ghosted me
The house is actually well done but the dishonesty and lack of cleanliness made this a poor experience for us.
Won't be returning and recommend you give it a pass as well. I took pics and would post them if there was an upload function
