It was extremely loud when I got there. A lot of people would not want to get off the road from a long day of driving and have to kept up by midget wrestling and drunk people who don’t reign in their kids. Definitely a hotel for rowdy people not normal quiet folks. Probably wouldn’t stay here again

Very nice room, clean & spacious. Breakfast was nice. The hall carpet needs to be replaced, but otherwise nice accommodations.

We ended up leaving and not even trying to stay. The hotel is actually being renovated right now and that would’ve been nice to know before booking, but the worst part was that there is mold inside the rooms and all around the hotel. A very disgusting g and unhealthy environment especially for those who suffer from mold illness or are allergic to mold. A hotel should be able to provide their guest with a safe and sanitary place to sleep and stay. Very disappointed. Look somewhere else for a hotel, do not risk staying here.

Kids had a great time playing putt putt golf and swimming in the pool. Rooms are somewhat renovated. Door didn’t actually lock and could easily unlock it from the outside. Place has a weird vibe.

The breakfast experience was distinctive in that there was an additional charge for the eggs and bacon. Unfortunately, the meal was served cold and did not appear to be freshly prepared.

The good things. There was a card saying my room had been made up by Mimi. The room was clean and good size. I would say Mimi is good at her job. There was even a rose made from the tissue as a decoration. The room was good size. I didnt care for the glass windows across the room, but the curtains did their job. It just felt awkward. From problem with the hotel was the front desk person. I am disabled. I use a cain. Its pretty obvious, but i told her this and requestsd a room that required as little walking as possible. Well, that went in one ear and out the other. My room was on the third floor and as far from the only working elevator as you can get. It was a struggle, but i made it. When leaving in the morning it was either atgempt to walk to that elevator or take the stairs that were right by the room. I chose the stairs. Far fewer steps. I nearly fell down the steps, but that is my fault for choosing that route out of the hotel.

My check in was at 3pm and I arrived at 4 just to mind out my room wasn’t ready and had to wait another 20 minutes before I was able to go in my room. The room I booked online wasn’t the room I had gotten as well

The shower had black mold all over. The shower tiles were broke with holes. The carpet was sticky as well as the furniture had nail polish drawings all over it as well as names carved into the drawers. The WiFi did not work so therefore the TV did not work. When we asked to move to a different room due to all the issues we were told no and the rooms are NOT sound proof. We could hear the music from the bar until 3am and then they let the drinks go into the commons area that have huge wooden games like connect four that make a lot of noise when playing as well as screaming and hollering like drunks do! I don't understand how this hotel has such high ratings! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Pool area, pickle ball and other common areas are nice and updated. The room needed an update. Bed was comfortable. The bedroom wasn’t clean. Hair in the shower and boogers were on the shower curtain. Staff was friendly at checkin.

Horribly uncomfortable bed. We didn’t feel private in a room with glass doors and curtains leading to the main area. Pointless shower head (I didn’t even bother washing my hair, it would have taken forever). We couldn’t wait to pack up and leave in the morning.
