Buradaki yorumlara bakarak gittik dolayısıyla bekletimiz yüksekti ancak beklentimiz karşılanmadı. Otelin yeri ve ambiyansı çok güzeldi. Çalışan kaynaklı olduğunu anladığımız hizmet ve temizlik eksiklikleri vardı, çarşaflarımız lekeliydi, yatağın üzerinde saçlar vardı, lavabolarımız temiz değildi odaya yerleşmeden bunları ilettik ancak yine de tamamen temizlenmedi. Klimalar düzgün çalışıyordu sıcak suda sorun yoktu hatta odadaki hamam kısmı son derece iyiydi. Kahvaltı tabakta geldi ancak yeterli ve güzeldi reçeller özellikle lezzetliydi, konak otel olduğu için ses geçirme olasılığı yüksek ama biz rahatsız olmadık. Otelin sahibi Uğur beye eleştirilerimizi ilettik ki zaten kendisi de farkındaydı bir kısım tersliklerde kendisinin önünde yaşandı, eleştirilerimizi son derece olgun ve olumlu karşıladı umuyorum en kısa zamanda da sıkıntılar giderilir. Çünkü gerçekten konsepti beğendik, bahçesi çok güzeldi akşam çalan müzikleri de çok sevdik.

3 kişi olarak 10 Ağustos gecesi konakladık. Çok keyifli bir deneyimdi. Çalışanlar o kadar samimi ki evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Özellikle Uğur Bey çok ilgili ve profesyoneldi. Bizimle çok ilgilendi ve çok güleryüzlüydü. Ptelin konumu da çok iyiydi. Tekrar Amasyaya gidersek direk bu otelde kalacağız. Herşey için önce Uğur bey e sonra da diğer arkadaşlara teşekkür ederiz 🙏
