Stunning Home with Sky TV & Parking by LetMeStay

Summary:
Located along St Mary's Lane in a quiet residential street lies this fantastic contemporary property.

Located just moments from the hustle and bustle of the market town of Ambleside and its many bars, restaurants and shops this idyllic retreat was fully refurbished in 2019/2020 and we look forward to welcoming our first sets of guests.

The Space:
the property offers a stunning entrance porch with feature tiles, the perfect place to store walking gear after a day on the fells.

The porch leads to large open plan living space with comfy Harris Tweed furniture, designer kitchen with Neff Appliances including an infamous slide and hide oven, induction hob and full sized dishwasher.The property also features SKY TV with SKY Cinema in the Lounge.

The statement black and glass staircase leads to a spacious bedroom with vaulted ceiling and king size bed. off the bedroom is the ensuite with large - basin, power shower and feature flooring.

Guest Access:
Guest's are able to use the whole property throughout their stay - a private parking space is also available for one vehicle at the front of the building.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet street behind Ambleside's main market place, this property offers conveniently central accommodation to explore the central Lake District and surrounding areas.

Getting Around:
We love the fact that many walks can be undertaken directly from the door and if you wish to travel further afield there is a regular bus service, 2 mins from the Apartment.

Other Things to Note:
We Live locally - we are available at anytime and happy to offer any advice regarding how to make the best of your Lake District Stay. We are keen walkers and enjoy dining out in the many restaurants in the local area.
We operate a self check in service, which will be sent 2 days prior to arrival.

The property is dog friendly for 1 well behaved pet which must not be left in the property unattended or on the furniture, there is an £15 additional charge per stay. Any damages to the property guests will be liable to pay for.
