Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area especially if they are looking for a nice play to stay close the Campus. Lots of food options and once Olive Garden is completed, it is across the parking lot!

Springhill Suites Ames

Clean, spacious, modern rooms. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Good internet and TV. Close to the expressway with lots of food and shopping nearby. Free continental breakfast was what you’d expect. Would stay again.

New property with a super comfortable bed/bedding. Lavender/Eucalyptus shampoo/Conditioner in shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent!! Mini waffles, bagels, mini egg bites, and good gravy. The kids used the small pool and warmed up outside in the tiny courtyard. It was a slow time of year, so we had the pool to ourselves. There is a fire pit table in the front with seating.

Our room was spacious - it had two queens and a pull out couch, which was perfect for 5 people. The price was just right considering how nice this place is. The breakfast was amazing! I would definitely stay at another one of these hotels!
