Our room did not have air conditioning so they gave us a fan which was appreciated. The couch was filthy and the carpet was simply disgusting. The staff were rude and did not speak english and spoke hindy with no respect for the people around them. I had to stay as we were there through work. I will say the bed was comfortable. that was all.

Property was ok, but just ok. Very dated, smell in common areas and hallways. Room was clean and well appointed. Could not adjust room temp, no matter what we set it to it just blew ice cold air. People loitering in the parking lot all the time. Honestly though, you're not going to get much better under $200/night in Thunder Bay.

We liked that the rooms had access to the pool but they dont open the slide until 5 so we couldnt get to use the waterslide. Vending machines took our change and staff wouldnt give back. Everything was out of order and people hanging around the lobby day and night

Check inn was fine. Air conditioning did not work. They had to bring us a fan to move the warm air around. The door handle in the bathroom fell off. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Must be hooked up to the air conditioning. Ice makers on any floor did not work. Had to go to the restaurant to get ice. No ATM Machines worked. The bed was comfortable. Why is this hotel on a web site.

There was a certain smell as you walk into your unit, even the hall way. Their wifi is free for everyone with no password or anything but it is the worst wifi we ever got as for a hotel, even the motels have better wifi. The front desk service wasn’t the greatest, it seemed like they didn’t want to work, gave you one word answers, nothing beyond that.

The space looked great inside, was clean, maintained. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. The noise was obnoxious, we could literally hear the people breathing in the next room. The doors auto shut with a slam, so anyone leaving their room that shared the same hallway was like someone opening our door and slamming it. The beds were also a bit dated and not the most comfortable

Hotel is good. Room was comfortable. Stag was very friendly. Was annoying that only exit was far from our room and all other doors sounded alarms when opened and they were opening lots throughout the night. Ice machine was broken.

I booked a king suite online. I got to the room and it did not have the sofa bed as advertised. When asking about the sofa they said not all rooms had it and can move me to a queen room! I asked if I could have a cot as I do have my son and baby with me and the queen bed is not big enough. They said the cot would be extra, when it wasn’t our fault that their facility is not as advertised. Anyways they ended up giving the cot for free which was nice and the queen room was fine. Just know when booking a suite with sofa bed you won’t get one as they stated barely any of the rooms have a sofa bed.
