Do not purchase breakfast, it's a ripoff. Other hotels nearby like the B&B Hotel across the street gives you complimentary breakfast. Here they charge you 10 euro per person, for the same buffet, and at 8.30am scrambled eggs are already finished. If you ask for it, just a "sorry no more" will receive in return.

L’hôtel affiche 3 étoiles mais ne les mérite pas, entretien général du batiment, des balcons, des extérieurs à revoir. Lors de la réservation il était indiqué bouilloire avec thé, café,... mais rien de cela dans la chambre. Heure d'arrivée pas avant 16 h et départ à 11 h ...

Nous n'avons pas de commentaires négatifs au sujet de la chambre, même si la vue sur le parking n'était pas des plus plaisante. Le soucis que nous avons rencontré est de partager le balcon avec les fumeurs de la chambre voisine. L'odeur de cigarettes non stop, devoir garder les fenêtres fermées toute la nuit ainsi que le matin au réveil reste un souvenir très désagréable.

Réfléchissez à deux fois
Hôtesse d’accueil pas très souriante, arrivé dans la chambre pas de télécommande pour la télé, très compliqué pour la regarder. Nous avons tout de même réussi à l’allumer avec le bouton sur la télé mais nous n’avions pas de son (nous avons regardé the voice sans le son). De plus, la chasse d’eau n’était pas très efficace (nous devions la tirer au moins 4 fois). Sans oublier qu’il n’y avait pas de réel lumière au plafond, seulement 3 lampes de chevet brancher à la prise et relier aux interrupteurs. Pour le petit déjeuner, c’est très cher pour ce qu’il y avait (croissants pas cuits, une machine à café sur deux qui marchait …). Pour finir hôtel bruyant à cause des extérieurs (boîte de nuit, bar ambiance, personne qui créer leur propre boîte de nuit sur le parking juste à côté). Tout de même, la chambre était propre (draps blancs sans taches ni rien) et climatisation fonctionnelle.

Bon accueil, chambre propre bien équipée, bonne literie. Satisfait de l'hôtel en lui même, seul bémol se sont les bruits de jeunes à l'extérieur de l'hôtel qui s'amusent à klaxonner en pleine nuit et faire du bruit sans aucun respect pour les hôtels aux alentours.

Réservation d'une nuit après un concert au Galaxie. Très bien situé 10 min de tout : salle de concert, resto, casino, zoo...petit bémol... très proche d'une discothèque et peu d'insonorisation dans l'hôtel donc assez bruyant la nuit. Sinon chambre très bien, propre avec ce qu'il faut. Bon petit déjeuner complet.
