Room was clean needs more lights or brighter bulbs and one lamp did not work. Great beds and adequate tv selections in english. Shuttle worked out well and saved alot on getting to town using local bus trains. Food in the restaurant (fish)was good albeit expensive. Readily available luggage storage for early arrival or late departures. Overall good value.

The hotel had great security in the hallways, where the rooms were. Not endless hallways, quiet. Restaurant was good and service was good as well. Due to a shuttle problem in the afternoon, we decided against going to Amsterdam for a few hours.Later on the bus was working again, and next morning it was great.

This is very convenient hotel near Schiphol with free shuttle service going every 30 min, no reservation required. We stayed for 3 days and used shuttle to get to the airport where we boarded a train to Amsterdam, just 15 min ride. It was great to explore the city center and other areas. The room is spacious with coffee maker and kettle. Breakfast is expensive but McDonald literally is 1 min walk.

Great for a one night stay very near the airport with free shuttle. One drawback: the only restaurant is far too pricey although the food is decent. The waiter was gruff and not helpful.

Great customer service. Let us check in early! I didn't like that the room smelled horrible when we checked in. (they came and sprayed) No wash cloths. Otherwise is was close to airport and a fine stay.

The doors squeak (which wake people up in the middle of the night), the shower overflows, the safes don't work, the rooms are NOT sound proofed at all. The staff were very nice, the room was pretty beat up; holes in the walls from the doors, etc. Happy to have a roof over our head and airport transportation, which is really what we pretty much got.
