Had an amazing time. The staff all wonderful. Gave us excellent advice on places to eat and trips to go on. All the restaurants we went to were excellent and the trips which the staff kindly booked for us, making everything easy for us, were also fantastic. We did the canal boat trip, the tulip fields and numerous museums and can recommend them all.

The staff was the best part of the hotel.. I was giving a basement room that was not what I bargained for with no actual window. This should be communicated within Hotels.com clearly. I would have upgraded had I known.

Nice hotel in a good location not far from the station and centre of Amsterdam. Room was small but clean and nice. Only issue was the air conditioning leaking water during the night!

An absolutely fantastic hotel with brilliant staff and an awesome location on the canal. We had a family room and as we have older children, it was so nice for them to have actual proper beds rather than a pull-out sofa. The hotel provided us with information about the local area Before we even arrived which was a lovely touch. The only minor issue for us was that we didn’t have good Wi-Fi in the room and so couldn’t cast anything from our phones to the TV. I would definitely return to this hotel when returning to Amsterdam.

The Sebastian’s hotel was ideally situated for visiting everything in Amsterdam. The staff were welcoming and helpful and the room was amply sized. We had a semi-basement room, which was fine for sleeping, but did get very warm and the air conditioning was not very efficient. Our other issue was that the king size bed had a double duvet, so we wrestled with it. Breakfast was freshly made, but the choice was quite limited. We enjoyed our stay and would use the hotel again

Excellent location. Short taxi or walk from the central train station. Staff went out of their way to try to check me in a little early. Highly recommend.

Very close to lots of food and shopping without being right in the middle of the tourist areas. 10-15 minute walk to everything. Rooms are clean & comfortable but American tourists need to be aware they are small. This is typical for most hotels in Europe.
