Really nice hotel that's close to the airport. I would definitely stay there again. The hotel was clean as a pin, had nice air conditioning, and had a comfortable bed. Hotel market is nice with beer, wine, and snack options. The staff was courteous and helpful. The only downside is that there aren't a lot of food options nearby, but that was more than made up for by the hotel's proximity to the airport. I won't bother looking at other hotels for my next trip.

It was clean and the staff were great. What I also liked the fast means of Transportation to the airport, it was close and several buses (never had to wait for more than 4 minutes). The only hick the elevator was not working, and the stair steps are not standard (not as per North American standardsz).

Elevator broken during our stay. Room was clean and in excellent condition. Booked and paid through Expedia. Had an additional charge when we arrived that I was not expecting. Location was convienent to the airport. Bus stop nearby to get to the airport and or Amsterdam.

The hotel was very beautiful. My room was amazing. Staff very polite and helpful. Only issue I had was the lift was out of service my entire trip and there was no sense of urgency to get it fixed.

Definitely overpriced for the value they are providing. We even couldn’t get hot water, let alone the smell in the rooms, or the broken elevator. Seems like a few kids are running it without any management experience.

It is very beautiful hotel. The rooms are very small though and no coffee maker or tea kettle. Breakfast is a separate pay and very expensive from Canadian perspective.

This is a great hotel, just two stops away from Schipol Airport on the #300 bus at the B10 bus stop. The staff were very friendly and were happy to hold on to our luggage while we went into the city, also two stops back to the airport, then the train into Amsterdam Central. The little Poke Bowl bar was great for dinner and refreshments after a long day. Also their breakfast assortment was very good for the money. I would gladly stay here again.

The elevator went out on my first day. The reception said it needs parts that the service company didn’t have. This was very inconvenient. Going up and down on the stairs was hard on my knees. Other guests struggled with their language as well.

Very difficult to get to hotel. Not on an easy road to find. And I always find it hard to swallow that a hotel wont put a coffee maker in a room. And its always the higher price hotels. Think about that one!

Lovely stay here for 4 Nights. Great access for airport and trips into the city. Bus stop just next to the Hotel for ease if access or a pleasant 25 Minute walk to Hoofddorp train station. Clean room. Nice Shower Room. Buffet Breakfast was good start to day also. Lovely communal areas and very modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Area felt very safe.
