Loved the hotel, it’s super clean and high tech and very quiet too. Feels like you’re the only ones there at times. Rooms are great and offer a lot of storage. Cleaners were a bit strange, they hadn’t cleaned our room during the day and when we came back they knocked on but I asked them to come back in 5 minutes if possible as my partner was changing. They didn’t seem to understand and came in regardless, was a bit awkward. On the day of check out we got an extra hour, the cleaner kept knocking on and would walk away in a huff when we told her we had an extra hour to pack up.

Easy controlled rooms and was convenient for travel as the train station was nearby, also the bed was comfortable. The downside is the breakfast wasn't really vegan friendly and our room had a plaster on its wall.

Hotel room was absolutely beautiful. Staff were always helpful. The hotel itself was just outside the centre with a metro station right next to it. Very easy to get to and just an overall great experience staying there. Would definitely stay again!

Very lovely hotel with equally lovely staff - always willing to help out where needed. Checked for us before our check in time if our room was ready sooner as our flight had arrived sooner than expected, and let us check in early when ready. Also held our luggage for us after checking out to return to get as our flight wasn’t until later in the day. The room was also very well presented and clean with amazing facilities and amenities. Would definitely return, thank you for everything @ the team at the Ruby Emma!
