Great little place
Loved this place, except for 1 thing. If you're in room 20, the TV doesn't work and they'll just tell you to unplug it and plug it back in. That's doesn't work and they don't seem to bothered by it. Other than that it's a great little place, close to everything.

the hotel was absolutely inflexible with even a partial refund for a non-refundable booking made more than 4 days in advance for which a cancellation request was placed the same day. this is when Expedia was also supportive of the situation.

The building and area was unkempt, although the room was clean. We stayed 2 nights. After our first night, we left for sightseeing. When we returned our room had been cleaned, but left unlocked, with all our belongings inside. Fortunately, we haven’t noticed anything missing yet.

Evidently this place is under brand new management and it is HORRIFIC! I was called a liar by the manager in so many words for asking the staff to honor their offer from the day before for me to pay $50 to extend our stay a few ours while our car repair was completed locally (the whole reason we stayed there overnight in the first place). The cleaning staff is lovely, especially the Latvian lady. Otherwise, there is no A/C, bed covers are ripped, the ‘marina view’ is literally just a window opening up to a busy road with loud traffic all hours of the day/night. Absolutely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
