Special sound-absorbing insulation in the walls ensures quiet privacy. A main bedroom with a California king bed, a second bedroom sleeping four, and a pull-out sleeper sofa allow you to comfortably accommodate up to seven guests.
Set in the heart of all the Disney magic, you are just steps from Disneyland, California Adventures, and Downtown Disney. Anaheim also offers great dining options, shopping, and activities. In addition, you are conveniently located to Knott's, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Legoland, Sea World, and world-famous beaches. You are close enough to Disneyland to hear the whistle of the Disneyland Railroad and watch the fireworks light the sky over the park each night!
Large sliding glass doors fill the space with light, opening to a beautiful and very private patio with comfortable seating, a Weber grill, and a dining table for alfresco meals.
The main bedroom has been designed with comfort in mind - complete with a California king bed with a cooling gel memory foam mattress for extra comfort and high thread-count linens, as well as a flat-screen high-definition TV positioned to enjoy entertainment in bed. An en-suite bathroom is detailed with marble double vanity and a beautiful walk-in shower featuring a rainfall showerhead and eye-catching glass tile.
The second bedroom is furnished with a high-definition TV with Blu-ray player and a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle below. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination lined with subway tile. A half bath includes a full-size washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
