Some families received a welcome basket and some didn't. The room wasn't prepared for 5 people and we were supposed to be in the newly renovated hotel but were out the back. When we approached the front desk we were informed that the room we booked was not available :(

Stayed for a Disney family trip, would not return.
The location is great and parking directly in front of the room was convenient. The front desk were friendly and helpful. However, the room was very dirty. The carpet was visibly filthy, the pillows smelled like urine, as did the carpet. There was no convenient night light, it was either pitch blackness or super bright lamps, or a bathroom light with a loud fan. The AC was very loud. Just overall, not a comfortable stay. Would rather pay more for a cleaner room, even if the walk to the Disney park was further.

My family and I loved how close the hotel was to the Disneyland Park as well as the restaurants and mini mart that were next to the property. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds.

This hotel was perfect for our Disneyland vacation. 10minute walk feom our room to Disneyland entrance. Staff was very professional, and cleanliness of hotel was great.

They were very accommodating when we suddenly decided to stay an extra 2 days. Not only did they comp our parking one day they also price matched us to Expedia. So great! Definitely will be going back!

Room was clean and comfortable, however, there is no sound proofing on the rooms whatsoever. I could hear everything going on outside the room in the parking lot, and also the adjacent rooms. The housekeeping carts rolling by upstairs sounded like thunder.

The only thing really good about this hotel is the proximity to Disneyland and the pool. We found the beds to be far too hard and the sheets were very thin and scratchy - We had trouble falling asleep every single night. The walls are also super thin and the noise not other from other guests but the housekeepers travels easily, and we were woken up on many occasions. There’s also only a very simple TV that doesn’t come with so much as even a guide to tell you what’s on. It’s a good hotel if you don’t plan on spending a lot of time in the room, but not great for trying to unwind and watch a movie or get a good nights sleep after a long day at the parks.
