With top-notch amenities this retreat is perfect for those seeking luxury and convenience. Located within walking distance to all of downtown's attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The master bedroom is equipped with a full en-suite bathroom with a crow's nest nook for reading or working.
All VRBO bookings will have a $300 damage/incidental hold placed and will be released 48 hours after check out.
- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the promises.
- If you damage the home, you might be charged up to the cost of repairs.
- No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on this property, this includes front porch.
- Do not have any more guests than stated in your reservation, without prior approval. Having a total number of people greater than the max occupancy is ground for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
- NO loud music and NO Parties (No exceptions) . The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and the whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep.
-Do not attempt to access unit below - it's a separate property with people living in it.
-Garage is not available for the guests: do not attempt to get in.
