Immersed in an exclusive 3000 m2 garden full of botanical excellence, with a panoramic patio equipped for eating and a children's play area, it is just a few minutes' drive from all the main places of interest in the area: from the wonderful beaches of the Conero Riviera, passing for Casa Leopardi in Recanati, up to the basilica of Loreto. An hour's drive away are the wonderful Frasassi Caves and the Sibillini Mountains.
