La falta de un sistema inverter hace que me resfrié, no entiendo que en una ciudad como Bogota donde hace frio a noche, nada esta previsto. The staff were friendly on the whole, the room service was slow, much of the food was poorly prepared and tasteless,, They need a new chef! Window was broken, impossible to make coffee, kitchen was not stocked... the shower was excellent,, we were disappointed

O pessoal da recepção queria cobrar US$80,00 pra um early checkin (mais que o preço de uma diaria, eu paguei US$60,00 a diária). Alem.disso, eles colocaram um jogo de futebol pra verem na tv na recepção como se estivessem em um estadio na maior altura e queriam cobrar a estadia que ja estava paga e faturada ha 1 mês.
