Come and enjoy our " Home away from Home" on Lake Hartwell in 18-mile creek. We are just minutes from Clemson, Pendleton and Anderson, SC. We have a covered dock, with an extra boat slip for your boat. We are close to GreenPond boat landing where a lot of fishing tournaments take place. On our large covered deck, we offer the use of our Blackstone griddle. We have wi-fi and Roku. Denver Downs is nearby with family events happening frequently. And don't forget that in the fall you can go watch the Clemson Tigers play in Death Valley. We have something for everyone.

Great neighbors
We were caught in Hurricane Helene. Our road was blocked by downed trees and power pole and without electricity. The neighbors were wonderful. They checked in us, brought us coffee and ice, and offered lanterns to use. We can’t say enough about them. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location
The location of the property is great. It was easy to get to plenty of amenities. Lake Hartwell is always great! The only thing that older people may need to be aware of is the walk to the water is very steep.

Lake House
Perfect fishing house. The home was comfortable and nicley laid out for our group of 4. It was in the country but only 10 minutes from grocery and fast food restaurants and 20 minutes from everything you could need from a town, in Anderson. My bookworms loved Books a Million at the Mall in Anderson. Clemson is close if it is football season. As a boating and fishing family our favorite part was the covered dock and access to the lake. The home is in a cove but very close to Portman Marina. Our teenaged girls fished all night with their Papa; rode the tube behind the boat all day. We interacted with the Brewer family a few times and they are amazingly nice and responsive hosts. They dont live too far away if you were to need anything. We would recomend.

Wonderful Host and Beautiful Location
The location is beautiful. It has the benefit of being remote, yet close enough to many conveniences and areas of interest. Our host was kind and prompt when responding to my questions or requests.

Weekend Stay for Clemson football game
We stayed for the weekend for a Clemson football game. House is close to Clemson, and it was nice to have access to the lake although we just went to the dock and enjoyed the view. Kitchen is well set up, and there is plenty of space in the home. We will stay again in the future.

Great location
Only a short drive to Clemson University, which is why we were in the area. The home was clean and comfortable. We will definitely return. Cannot wait to use the dock and enjoy time on the water.
