So they could do better at smoke smell mitigation within the rooms. The rooms, clearly, are not smoke-free although they are advertised as much. The window drapery were inundated with the odor. And the grounds? Those smokers who abided by the policy used the river rock beds as the cigarette butt ash try, and obviously, there's little policing of the litter. The "deluxe" buffet is a waffle maker, oj, coffee, cheerios, yogurt, and cellophane wrapped Hostess buns. The owners/management obviously are aware of being a lower-rate hotel that attracts not only the budget conscious but also less desirable clientele.

Nice place and well located; the only problem, they increased the price’s for the day after thanksgiving and for that price, the amenities doesn’t justify the stay. Breakfast is included, is clean and food is warm and fresh; the only complaint is; no eggs and just gravy and biscuits; for 100 and more per night, I truly believe that sausages or at least eggs could be added. Outside that, the room was clean and the staff girls ( I saw 3 different during my stay) they were really friendly and useful, not a perfect place, more good things than bad, give it a try.

The place was disgusting and filthy. There was dog feces all over the walkways and parking lot. I had purchased two rooms and both bathroom was unsafe due to no handle bare in the showers for support especially for my elderly father who is handicapped. Both toilets broke and there was no breakfast in the morning. Had to go out for breakfast. I will never go back to this place again

My room floor was dirty and sandy. My room was a non-smoking room, but smelled that it had been smoked in. My sheets had a cigarette burn and my toilet seat had a cigarette stain on it. My air conditioner had a huge gap between the wall and the unit.

The area didn’t seem the safest then when we pulled up the police and rescue were at the motel. The outside of the property was really dirty. Fortunately we were in the newer building in back. The room was clean except the stains on the comforter which were hidden by the sheet. The front desk person on Saturday morning was completely disinterested in helping or even acknowledging guests. Sunday morning we heard employees talking about cleaning the blood off the parking lot the night before.

My stay was during the time of Hurricane Helene and there were wide spread power outages. After arriving at hotel, was notified that they did not give refunds due to power outages. I suffered through the first night and and had to endure a loud generator all night. I checked out the following morning and there was still no power. They gave no consideration for the disaster that was widespread and changed me for the 2nd night I did not stay. Shame on them.

There were hairs on the sheets, dirty, cigarette burns on the tub, cracked toilet that was glued back, rust on the towel bar, ceiling was peeling, countertop was cracked, tub was painted and peeling. Front desk couldn’t print a receipt because they didn’t have enough ink. Didn’t get the receipt until the next day. Would not refund our money. We immediately left the room and did not stay. Was not told there was a $20 per pet fee until we checked in. Immediately called my bank to dispute the charge

Check in was good and quick. Bed sheets was nice and clean, restrooms had roaches and the corners of the floor was nasty. People hollering early in the am, just didn't feel safe. I feel like Expedia did a very poor job representing this place correctly on there web page. I was on business and was just passing thru. Will not stay here again.
