* The shared boat dock is now available for guest use. Bring your boat, or get picked up and dropped off at the retreat by your fishing guide. Or ... dip your toes in the river, sunbathe, and enjoy all the river has to offer! *

**This house sits DIRECTLY on the river. There are lots of wildlife, critters and bugs. It's truly nature at its best.

**Please NOTE that this is one of two units on the property. Our Lily's River Retreat is on the top floor of the home. Both units have their own private entry and spaces. They do not share anything besides the Driveway, one walkway to the dock and Boat Dock with each other.

- NOTE: There are several (not steep) cement steps and landings leading to the studio. This may be difficult for guests with limited mobility

- NOTE: Due to the proximity to the river, this property may not be suitable for children

- NOTE: Parental supervision is advised for children under the age of 16 on the dock

1 dog up to 20lbs is allowed with a $100 non-refundable pet fee ... Speaking of Dogs! Bringing a dog along? Yay! We love dogs! We just ask you to agree that …

- The dog is trained not to scratch, chew or go to the bathroom in the house
- You do not *ever* leave the dog on the property unattended at any time
- You don’t allow them onto any furniture/linens
- You pick up all poo/mess outside
- You confirm that your booking clearly lists the pet
- You pay our $100 pet fee

As long as all of that works for you, we’re happy to have them! Please confirm your agreement through our messages so we have this on record.

No events are allowed downstairs at Wild River. It is just too small :-)

No furniture is to be moved around anywhere on the property at any time. If furniture is moved or damaged in anyway, we will charge not only for the repair or replacement of the furniture but also for the labor to move the furniture back to where it belongs.
- There are several (not steep) cement steps and landings leading to the studio. This may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- Due to the proximity to the river, this property may not be suitable for children
- Your safety matters. There are exterior security cameras monitoring the front entrance of the main house and the gate entrance of the vacation rental studio. They do not look into any interior spaces
- Parental supervision is advised for children under the age of 16 on the dock

1 dog up to 20lbs for an extra $100 fee.
