A Gem of a property in the oldest part of Andratx town
Majorca and the Andratx area are well known to us and never disappoint - an added bonus this trip was the absolutely amazing property we stayed in - Volkmar’s beautiful home was stunning: it had every possible thing you need from comfy beds and bedding to a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities - lots of space for the number of guests both inside and outside - Andratx town has a real Spanish feel, the supermarkets in town have the best fish counters I’ve come across and we loved the local bar no more than 100m - our host couldn’t have been more helpful always on hand when required and a pleasure to meet - this is a gem of a property and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back

A wonderful stay...
We had a fantastic week in this wonderful period property in the old Town of Andratx, made to feel most welcome by Volkmar & Claudia. The location was great, just a short walk to the cafes and restaurants of the village square and the property was tucked off the main drag which meant no traffic noise during the night which can be a problem in the Town. The property was beautifully decorated and superbly equipped also enjoying super-fast wifi!

Charming house in Andratx
This property has so much charm and is really well equipped with everything you could need. Volkmar and Claudia could not have been better hosts, right from the initial booking through to check-out. While the property is not at the port of Andratx and doesn't have the proximity to restaurants etc, it is in the pretty and quieter part in the old town which we liked. I would love to come back!

Unsere schöne Zeit in Antratx
Wir haben die Zeit im Haus von Volkmar sehr genossen. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung bei Fewo-direkt, ist sehr schön und vollständig eingerichtet. Es liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Andratx. Alle Besorgungen können leicht zu Fuß erledigt werden. Auch die Anbindung an die umgebenden Städte ist sehr gut. Lediglich das Parken ist etwas spannend, da das Haus keinen eigenen Parkplatz hat und die umgebenden Sträßchen sehr eng sind. Wer aber bereit ist, ein paar Meter zu laufen findet immer etwas. Andratx ist sehr ruhig, die Bars und Restaurants sind allesamt zu empfehlen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Feier- und Erholungsurlaub
Der Aufenthalt in dem Orginal Mallorcanischen Ferienhaus war sehr schön. Alles sauer und ordentlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Besitzer hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Einige Dinge sollten in der nächsten Zeit repariert und erneuert werden. Zwei Schlafzimmer und für große Salon verfügen über Klimaanlage. Küche ist super ausgestattet. Hatten sogar noch Besuch und konnten mit 8 Personen super grillen.

Süßes Dorfhäuschen in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben einen Wander-/Unternehmungsurlaub auf Mallorca gemacht und dafür war unsere Unterkunft wie geschaffen. Das hübsch hergerichtete Dorfhäuschen verfügt über zwei Terrassen und einen kleinen Innenhof mit Tisch, welcher Dreh- und Angelpunkt fast aller kulinarischer und abendlicher Kartenaktivitäten war. Die Küche bietet Platz (auch auf dem großzügigen Gasherd) und war komplett ausgestattet - nur eine Waage gab es nicht, gaben wir aber ohbehin immer dabei. Die Küche war wie der Rest des Hauses blitzblank.

Ein idealer Platz für eine Gruppe bis zu drei Paaren
Für alle, die einen angenehmen Aufenthalt mit allem, was man sich an Ausstattung in einem Ferienhaus wünscht, und in ruhiger Umgebung auf der ansonsten sehr vom Tourismus geprägten Ferieninsel Mallorca sucht, findet hier einen idealen Platz zum Entspannen und Ausruhen. Die Wege zum Einkaufen und zur nächsten Möglichkeit, einen Drink zu nehmen oder eine Kleinigkeit zu essen, sind kurz und in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch wer mit einem Leihwagen - wie wir - unterwegs war, findet zwar nicht direkt in der kleinen und engen Gasse des Ferienhauses, aber in guter "Laufnähe" in der Nähe der Kirche immer einen Parkplatz, wie dies Herr Wermter, der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter prognostiziert hatte.

Ein wunderschönes Altstadt Haus im Herzen von Andratx und trotzdem vollkommen ruhig . Das Haus bietet alles was man sich erhofft . Schöne Einrichtung , super bequeme Betten und 3 Terrassen voll möbliert . Dazu ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber der immer erreichbar ist . In nächster Umgebung tolle Kneipen und Frühstücks Locations zu einem mehr als zivilen Preis was will man mehr ! Wir kommen bald wieder

Sehr schön gelegen, ruhig und trotzdem alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Klimaanlage sorgt immer für einen guten Schlaf. Man kann direkt in der Nähe ohne Probleme Parken. Unser Tipp: Die Bar Cubano! Gutes Essen zu fairen Preisen und sehr freundliches Personal. Fazit: Wir kommen wieder und wären am liebsten geblieben. 🤩

Großartige Gastgeber, tolles Haus, herrliche Location
Wir sind als Familie in den Osterferien nach Andratx gereist. Das Haus liegt in einer schmalen Gasse, nahezu romantisch. Die Ruhe ist beeindruckend und sehr erholsam und doch ist man zu Fuss sofort überall, mitten unter Mallorquinern, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus selbst hat alles, was man braucht und noch Vieles mehr. Beginnend bei den exzellenten Betten, der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu dem Strandstuhl, den vielen Badetüchern, Büchern und den Regenschirmen. Toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielleicht lag es nicht nur an dem Haus sondern auch an den vielen Kleinigkeiten. An den freundlichen Worten von Herrn Wermter direkt nach der Buchung, der herzliche Begrüßung mit Abholservice, an den gekühlten Getränken im Kühlschrank und den Schoko-Osterhasen am Bett, den vielen guten Tips und an der steten Hilfsbereitschaft. Vielleicht lag es auch an dem Tramuntana Gebirge, dass direkt ein paar Straßen entfernt anfängt, herrlich zum Radfahren und Wandern. Oder an den verträumten Stränden, fernab vom Massentourismus. Uns -inklusiv unserer sehr pubertären Kinder- hat es sehr gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Wie bereits zu Anfang geschrieben: Großartige Gastgeber, tolles Haus, herrliche Location.

Schönes einfaches mallorquinisches Dorfhaus
Wir waren drei Wochen im Juli/August in Casa Norte. Wir, drei Erwachsene, alle drei mit viel Erfahrung mit Internetbuchungen. Die „Bewertung“ von Case Norte fällt im Vergleich nicht ganz leicht. Das Haus ist ein altes mallorquinisches Dorfhaus in einer ruhigen, sehr engen Gasse (Vorsicht: es geht mit dem Auto nur rückwärts wieder raus!) im schönen Zentrum von Andratx. Die Lage wunderbar: der Bäcker 3 Min., die Plaza 5 Min. zu Fuß. Das Haus: altes Mauerwerk, verwinkelt, steile Treppen und Stufen. Im Erdgeschoss, ziemlich dunkel und tendenziell feucht (keine Zentralheizung), befinden sich Wohnbereich, Küche und ein Bad, im Zwischengeschoss die drei Schlafzimmer plus kleiner Terrasse, oben eine schöne, leicht größere Dachterrasse. Mit dem Charme eines alten Hauses muss man sich befreunden können. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch, wenn die sanitären Anlagen sicher etwas „antik“ sind, in der Küche gibt es einen guten modernen Gasherd, eine kleine Spülmaschine und einen großen Kühlschrank. Das W-LAN funktioniert supergut und schnell, überall im Haus. Die Betten haben hervorragende Matratzen in Boxspring-Qualität. Zwei Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, das dritte nicht. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist der Durchgang zu beiden Terrassen. Der Patio ist sonnig und ruhig und bietet Platz für eine Essecke und einen imposanten Außengrill. Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Vermieter sehr sympathische Menschen sind: freundlich und fürsorglich, im Umgang sehr taktvoll, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Was immer wir für ein Anliegen hatten, sie waren jederzeit ansprechbar, und, wenn nötig, innerhalb von wenigen Minuten da. Dadurch haben wir uns sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir hatten insgesamt eine gute Zeit in dem Haus. Das alles ergibt ein rundes Bild. Aus unserer Sicht allerdings ein Bild, welches sich eklatant von der bildlichen und textlichen Darstellung des Objektes auf dieser Website unterscheidet. Die Fotos und die Beschreibungen der Zimmer und des Hauses sind in einem Maße irreführend, dass es uns ein wenig die Sprache verschlagen hat. Alles sieht im Netz so lichtdurchflutet, luxuriös und weitläufig aus, wie es in realiter wirklich nicht ist. Die sprachlichen Attribute, mit denen die Zimmer und das Ambiente beschrieben werden, sind derart pompös, dass sie aus unserer Sicht rein gar nichts mit dem schönen, einfachen Haus zu tun haben, in dem wir gewohnt haben. Dabei hätte das Haus durchaus eine liebevolle, aber angemessenere Beschreibung verdient.

Schönes historisches Stadthaus Mitten in der Altstadt von Andratx, fußläufig zum Supermarkt, Café, Bushaltestelle. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht, ist voll ausgestattet . Ein Highlight ist (neben zwei Vollbädern) die Außendusche auf der Dachterasse . 6 Personen haben ausreichend Platz im Haus und Hof (Patio).
