From booking to checkout there were no issues. The only thing I could think of is one bed in our room was a little squeeky when rolling over so it is due for a replacement.

Checked in for the spa cabin and advised the spa was not working . Rate was not adjusted to reflect the amenities provided . Ceiling fan in lounge was very dirty, hairdryer on the wall was broken (covered with tape) and no replacement provided. Towel rail came off wall, crockery was very old and scratched. Exhaust fan in kitchen has no switch to operate (missing) Needs a considerable amount of maintenance to bring this back to good condition . Very disappointed!

This little gem is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Set in lovely grounds and the best location possible. Parking at your door with supermarkets and dining options around the corner. Highly recommended.
