Just wanted budget accomodation and was surprised that facilities were so good and that place was clean quiet and comfortable which is what you need after a days sightseeing Room was small but you cannot win them all

I stayed for the October half term. It was lovely. This hotel is great value for money and in a great location, 5 mins walk from the beaches.

Really great hotel for the price
I had a great stay here, I stayed the last week in July. The hotel is 5 mins walk to the beaches it's got good facilities and organise sports stuff which I didn't know about so has no trainers which was a shame. All the staff are very helpful and lovely and the food is great too. I loved it and will definitely stay here again.

Good location but wouldn't go back
The hotel was fine but just not my kind of thing - think cheesy holiday camp with organised activities in the bar and not much else - definitely more suited to young families. I was half board but only ate one meal there, it was okay but not particularly nice - went out for all meals after that. Bed was comfy enough but only just about room to walk around 2 sides of the bed, I'm not massive but was hard to turn around in the bathroom it was so small. No towels were provided so I drip dried onto the floor, not great. Booked an ocean view room and yes it was on the ocean side but ground floor and I could just see an overgrown hedge, definitely NOT an ocean view. Only the door opened so couldn't have any air at night unless you left the door open, didn't feel very safe on the ground floor - then again the shutters stopped any air anyway. Bar staff were really nice but the reception staff were awful, I wanted a taxi to the airport but they wouldn't call one for me, even when I said I had no phone they dialled the number on their phone but made me speak to them, wouldn't help me out at all, really not great service at all. Overall it's fine - good location for the beach and Anglet beach centre and bus into Biarritz but cheesy and tired old hotel that I definitely would not go to again... saving money did not pay off this time!!!

Kamer was zeker niet een van de grootste. Badkamer was mini mini, de deuropening was eerder een halve deur. Het hotel in het algemeen heeft er al wat jaartjes opzitten. Wel heel rustig gelegen en geen last van hinder of lawaai.

Résidence très bien située à 2 pas de la plage d'Anglet, des restaurants de la Chambre d'Amour et du phare de Biarritz. Piscine sympa pour alterner baignades avec l'océan. Chambre petite mais avec balcon : bien pour 2 nuits. Petit-déjeuner simple mais avec du choix.

L’établissement est vétuste, il faut avoir bac+10 pour fermer la porte-fenêtre. Toutes les infos de l’hôtel sont imprimées et scotchées sur les murs. Le petit-déjeuner est basique. La literie est confortable. Heureusement que le personnel est sympa et que l’hôtel est bien situé. Ce qui explique sûrement pourquoi on n’investit pas dans un ravalement…

j'ai passé une nuit mais ca a suffit... pas de clim dans la chambre. la chambre n'est pas insonorisée, j'ai passé ma nuit a entendre mon voisin de chambre ronflé j'avais l'impression qu'il dormait a cote de moi. le restaurant buffet a volonté, il faut venir manger a 19h00 car le cuisinier enlève tous à 20h30, j'ai quand même eu le temps de manger une assiette de crudité. je ne vous conseille absolument pas cette établissement.
