Cozy villa close to the sea with all comfort

This new house is organized around a large friendly space consisting of its cathedral living room, a dining room and an American kitchen. It has 3 bedrooms for 9 beds. The first one is a large master suite with a bed on the mezzanine, a small lounge area with a sofa bed and a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom opens onto the garden and the 3rd bedroom in the attic will welcome your children. The very spacious terrace and the small garden, facing south, ideal for your lunches and dinners outdoors, offer a nice view of the wooded neighborhood.
The house is located in a peaceful area of Angoulins, 400m from the sea. The small port of Plaisance is 20 minutes' walk away, the sandy beaches of La Platère and Châtelaillon are close and accessible by bicycle via the cycle paths that run along the coast or through the marshes.
Angoulins is a seaside village perfectly located between Chatellaillon (3km) and La Rochelle (7km). Ideal for the practice of sport and leisure on the beach, the rental is located near the kitesurf spot of Aytré beach, the golf course (8km), the thalassotherapy center (4km), the aquatic center of Chatelaillon (swimming pool and water games for children). The numerous cycle paths crisscross the region between La Rochelle, Chatelaillon and Rochefort. La Rochelle and its old port offers a superb giant aquarium, its maritime museum, its 19th century market and its many shops under arcades. The seaside resort of Chatelaillon-plage is easily accessible by bicycle or car. Its superb beach during the day and its casino at night will allow you to spend pleasant moments. Take advantage of a hot day to embark on the island of Aix, an exclusively pedestrian island with bucolic landscapes.

Kleines feines Haus in schöner Region
Wir haben sehr erholsame Urlaubswochen in Angoulins-sur-Mer und Umgebung verbracht. Unbedingt Fahrräder mitbringen, das Radwegenetz ist bestens ausgebaut. Zum Haus ist in früheren Kommentaren schon alles geschrieben worden. Patrice und Maite sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt!

Sehr abwechslungsreicher Urlaub
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Terrasse und der Garten laden zum entspannen ein. Es sind sogar zwei Waschmaschinen vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Kinder fanden es in ihrer Höhle oben unterm Dach sehr gemütlich. Das Meer ist fußläufig erreichbar und lädt zu einem Abendspaziergang ein. Man kann sehr viele Ausflüge machen - alles in bis zu einer Stunde erreichbar...La Rochelle, Rochefort, das Fort Louvois, die Île d'Aix, die Île de Ré, eine Bootstour durch den Kanal....und nicht zu vergessen der schöne Strand! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine Tischtennisplatte war auch vorhanden. Ein Bäcker ist auch fußläufig erreichbar mit sehr leckeren Croissants. Danke an Patrice und Maite!

Modern, sauber und absolut ruhige Lage
Wir waren als Familie (2 Erwachsene +2 Kinder) für eine Woche vor Ort. Angefangen von der guten und schnellen Kommunikation per Mail (franz. / englisch) über den herzlichen Empfang bis hin zur unkomplizierten Endabnahme waren wir mehr als zufrieden. Das Haus ist geräumig, perfekt ausgestattet und hat einen angenehme und hochwertige Mischung aus modernen und rustikalen Elementen. Die Terrasse und den Garten haben wir ausgiebig genossen. Das kleine verschlafen Örtchen Angoulins bieten mehrmals die Woche einen kleinen Markt mit frischen Meeresfrüchten, und hat ansonsten auch eine Bäckerei, Metzgerei etc. Und zudem ein großes Gewerbegebiet mit allen Geschäften vom Discounter über den Vollsortimentler bis hin zu Bio-Läden. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am schönen Badestrand in Chattelion-Plage oder in 15 min in La Rochelle. Wir können das Haus voll und ganz empfehlen!

la maison est confortable, le jardin très joli, l'environnement très calme.
